Steven: 會花很多時間與利害關係人協作,研究、技術選擇、傳達價值很重要。 Chris: 照片標籤權重需要設計師透過研究。 Katherine: 最挑戰的部分是如何把研究結果帶給利害關係人 Ai引入對於產品設計師影響,設計師思維需要更快。 [UXTW 產業報告](https://bit.ly/3PgQlnl) ## Q2. 未來職涯發展 > 對設計工作者來說,學習AI相關技術知識,對於職涯發展的影響? > 最需要學習的知識技能是? Steven: 團隊內設計師會提供不同設計相關職能矩陣 必須要很有意識團隊協作、開放思維、要有行銷、研究先備知識 Chris: 相對要求有使用過生程式AI工具的技術,對於模型的理解與其帶來的意義,具有相關的知識對於職涯來說蠻加分的。 要求求職者熟悉不同程式Ai工具操作,現在可以透過簡單介面互動來研究。 Katherine: 大部分的product designer不一定要完全了解技術,但有更多的了解就可以知道 了解限制,提供給使用者更多選擇。 了解介面的限制那些可以開放給使用者去調整。 ## Q3. 學習心態準備(個人及團隊) >該用怎樣心面對AI衝擊帶來龐大知識與資訊焦慮 >用什麼方法幫助吸收消化及應用輸出,來幫助團隊共享成長? **Steven**: 受設計思考訓練時,學習如何判斷這個是個好的方向(拆解思考成這對設計師有何好處?對使用者有何好處?) 1. 這對我有什麼好處 2. 這對使用者有什麼好處 從兩個簡單卻關鍵的方向思考 如果沒什麼好處→do research! 透過市場研究競爭對手有沒有再用和在意,幫使用者定義和驗證好處。 以使用者為中心思考,使用者在不在意 **Chris:** 對於大量新知識與科技,會先搞懂或嘗試應用(吸收知識 -> 釋放 loop ) 先弄懂一小部分,應用看看,就會知道他是不是有價值的 夠過吸收知識、釋放,在這個循環裡面建立自己的判斷 公司團隊舉辦AI Hackson, AI jam **Katherine:** UX是一個需要不斷學習的領域,保持好奇的心態 公司也有幫大家summarize ai tools Try out -> 團隊內 Side Project 探索 Steven: 幫助團隊共享 一起做Side Project Manager 建立團隊組織好奇心(AI 詞彙表 side proiect) Chris: 內部透過很多的 hackthon ,針對不同AI 技術去嘗試 透過黑客松來分享新議題刺激大家對新知的腦力激盪吸收。 ## slido 提問 **Q1:想了解picolleage research本次研究recruit是如何分群的?如何確保研究最後得到的insight是值得做的?** 每個禮拜都會做訪談、使用者易用性測試 針對題目找到對應user 案例中針對愛創作的 user 進行深入探討與recruit(問卷的方式),確保user符合insight **Q2:我是乙方的角色,想了解 IBM 在做AI設計時,畢竟客戶才是行業專家,要把如何了解使用者的需求與細節的眉眉角角一致地給開發/設計團隊,有太多細節要注意,如何有效率溝通與協作,會怎麼處理,或是設計整個協作規** 1.怎麼抓到使用者,to B 來說不容易取得,針對即將成為買家使用者 2.透過工作坊了解不同公司文化,帶回來給團隊成員 3.解決同類型的顧客共同問題,解決核心痛點賺錢 **Q3:我是產品設計師,想問Steven,Design Thinking能立的建立跟養成要如何去學習?有建議的方式跟推薦的課程嗎?** **Mindset** 1. user 是誰 1. 好處 1. user 沒有這個幫助會怎麼樣 [google coursera](https://www.coursera.org/specializations/uva-darden-design-thinking), [IBM design](https://www.ibm.com/design/) https://www.ibm.com/design/thinking/ 職能要求會希望受過設計思考訓練,會往PM職能靠攏(3 in box: designer, PM,developer) 會是漏斗的過程,排序最重要有合理性問題 了解需求、研究結果、提供解方 **Q4:剛剛提到AI是協助資深設計師把時間更投注在真正能夠發揮價值的地方,因為近期也有觀察到職場上,目前的求職環境更多比較傾向找senior設計師,那想請問職涯階段還在比較前期的junior設計師,在現階段能夠做些什麼提升職場競爭力呢?** Focus在產品設計領域fundamental 透過與使用者溝通、市場研究來提升產品敏感度 問對問題、了解使用者仍是最基本能力 junior 還是先專注於根本的基礎能力,不要被現在 AI 的工具所迷惑 **Q5:想詢問picolleage的用戶研究過程中,是否有針對『較有意願付費的用戶族群』、或『付費轉換的行為』,做更深入的探討? 先前在做toC產品的UX研究員時,常常遇到哪一個用戶問題要優先解決的取捨討論,想了解決策的過程有沒有什麼技巧?謝謝** Katherine: 有,但會更關注在使用者今天退訂產品的原因會是什麼? AI 工具與成本不便宜,對於使用者體驗更為在乎,反而觀察到使用者會因體驗到價值進而提升付費意願。 **Q6:我是科技公司的產品設計師~想了解picolleage research 使用到 Figjam AI 彙整重點的工具,產出來的內容是直接實際應用在後續的需求上的嗎?好奇他的參考價值跟實用性** 使用 Figjam 的結果不錯,適合用來對stakeholders簡報或討論,但不會用於呈現最終的洞見,節省時間的前提下,Figjam ai是有幫助的。 **Q7:我是一個資深設計師,請問可否說明一個類似案例,關於設計師如何加入創造feedback loop的機制,讓成果被機器學習** feedbackloop取決於如何使用,在醫療業不允許feedback loop,若要retrain資料,會有法律問題。 原則上feedback會收集在某地方,來去審視哪些資料可以retrain。 也會透過開檢討會,來回顧整個回饋,那些是可以丟回去訓練有些不行。 **Q8:在做AI生成式設計時,使用者需要透過文字敘述指令(腦補),或是應該提供使用者濾鏡提供選擇(快速篩選),這兩者需要如何做選擇?** steven: 1. 取決於用戶在意與否,思考是否節省時間提生效率? 2. 檢視使用者的目標與意圖,決定產品的走向 Chris: * ChatGPT的出現,思考了人類在使用AI工具的行為意圖。 * 拉到「互動設計」的進化,人類的互動也是透過談話,AI輸入指令(對話)也是讓使用者行為更簡易。 * ai幫助人類使用機器的方式更直覺,更貼近人與人的互動方式,用對話來理解。 人們透過人與人談話來互動,Ai使用上更直覺更簡單,依據使用情境不是打什麼就回答什麼 > 佩芸補充:剛剛Chris說的互動方法這個網站有https://mobbin.com/ > 搜尋加filter Katherine: 之前以探討過類似主題,發現User 要找的時候也不知道要找什麼。 **Q9:請問如果公司不重視使用者研究只想趕快做功能,不給資源時間做研究,會如何建議?** 可以思考如果公司沒有給太多資源時間如何做到研究? 從小部分用最少資源開始來達成貢獻。
