  • Hallo Usman, Marvin will be sharing his feedback here in terms of design. Looking forward to your feedback tomorrow. So far, GREEN background means, we can move ahead but RED means we need to rethink or put a halt to the designs. https://www.figma.com/file/Af1kaKBvFLflbE2p1TvxEa/Raise-Cap-Table---Hands-off-(Copy)?node-id=115%3A13794

  • Securities For us to be able to get accurate values on the Metabase Dashboard, we need the formula for: Total value of securities What we're calculating for the total value of securities is actually referred to as "Assets Under Management". This is straight forward for public companies, more complicated for startups. Here are the rules we can use, and calculations: If startup has no SAFEs, Convertibles or Preferred shares: Number of Shares * Latest Share Price = Total Value of Securities for that company

  • These are questions that the engineering team pointed out or noted during sprint planning. This is the main HACKMD file that we used navigating through the attached designs in each different section of the personal dashboard. Questions: Introductory Modal Are we still using this introductory modal after email syncing for teams, deals and portfolios? - Introductory Modal If yes, is the Create a Company option supposed to be Add Company that takes users to the Add Company wizard? Syncing companies. The syncing progress bar screen, and list of companies the user is part of is dependent on if companeis were found. if no companies were found linked to the email address then it would just take the user to the dashboard with the modal open asking what action they'd like to take.

  • Begin your interview by gathering some information on the interviewee first. You can then present them with the current Cap Table feature, asking them questions about their expectations, motivations, and frustrations along the way...
