# Raise Version 4:

## Introduction:

Raise Version 4 is being built so that we can solve our customer pain points originating while using the current live version of the platform and also try to find Product Market Fit.

Raise Version 4 is a mixture of customer feature requests, usability testing and market research.

This document will break down the different features of Raise Version 4.

- 1,000 live companies verified
- 100 deal rooms launched
- 5 enterprise customers

These are features that have already been developed or are currently being developed.

- Company Dashboard - this might potentially slow down the development of Cap Table 2.0

### Research:

These are features that need the Legal teams support in conducting research before being handed over for design implementation then finally development.

- Annual Returns in Nigeria and South Africa
- Certificate of Incumbency in Nigeria and South Africa
- Unrealized taxes on stock options for Nigerian, Kenyan, SA residents
- Collect templates to automate securities
- Issue digital securities at once

*Roadmapping + customer research (November to December)*
- November 1 - 5: Roadmapping 2022 with Growth team + send out invites for usability tests
- November 8 - 12: Usability testing + Metabase dashboards
- November 15 - 19: Usability test + user stories prepared for 2022
- November 22 - 26: Roadmap completed
- November 29 to Dec 3: Implementation docs prepared + tickets ready
- December 5 to 15: Tickets ready
