> We’re a growing project! And to keep up with everything that’s happening, it’s essential that people who want to help are empowered to do so. Reorganizing the working group is part of that.

The proposed "Domains and Teams" governance model has been talked about for some time within the Working Group and seems to have been positively received. Considering the changes involve all of the Working Group, I believe an important precondition of **support from the Working Group** has been satisfied at this point.

Also important to keep in mind, **not everything relating to this model is part of regulation**. For example this information is not put into regulation:
- Which Domains exist, who their Domain Leads are, what areas they cover.
- Expectations, clarifications, guidelines or policies.

That information changes and evolves over time. Making it "brittle" to place on https://dracc.commonsconservancy.org/. Hence the regulation changes are split into it's own document, and this proposal votes on the verbatim adoption of that. As well as the more general point that we're going forward with adopting the new model.

This proposes the following actions:
1. The Board recommends the adoptions of the "Domains and Teams" governance model's concepts. Leaving room for details to evolve.
2. The Board approves and adopts (verbatim) as new regulation:
`DRACC-00XX: Domains, Domain Leads and Teams within Tauri`

## Note on followup

- Suggesting a proposal to create the first Domains immediately after this proposal.
- When Domains are created, we should seek to appoint Domain Leads, (and consider it an issue if we cannot, see the new regulations).
- Note the July Board elections are likely to be part of those role discussions.
- Public documentation will be necessary: DRACC for the regulation change, website/otherwise for tracking Domains and governance model.
- Consider announcements of the change and/or request for candidates.
