## 醜聞爆發始末

- <small>2002 spring 貝爾實驗室人員發現一篇Science的論文不同實驗的結果，圖表一模一樣。 </small>
- <small>2002 貝爾實驗室與康乃爾大學陸續發現多篇Science與Nature論文有圖表重覆的情形。</small>
- <small>Schön 初期回應資料誤植，以勘誤處理。</small>
- <small>2002 5月貝爾實驗室組織調查委員會，集合內外部專家審理有疑問的論文。</small>
- <small>2002 9月調查委員會完成[報告](https://media-bell-labs-com.s3.amazonaws.com/pages/20170403_1709/misconduct-revew-report-lucent.pdf)，確認24項被指控的論文疑點，有替換數據、測量不精確、違反定律等。</small>
- <small>完成報告當月Schön即被貝爾實驗室開除，兩年後被母校徹銷博士學位。</small>

## 事件影響

- 貝爾實驗室的調查程序成為西歐學術機構應對學術不端案件的典範，2011荷蘭Tilburg University採用相同模式處理Diderik Stapel造假案。
- 西歐之外的國家並未積極採用相同的調查程序，近年美國名校的學術不端案件當事人後來皆全身而退。例: Marc Hauscer, Brian Wansink
- 亞洲依然是學術倫理化外之地？
