## Autobiography
My name is Shun-Sheng Yang. I come from Changhua, Taiwan. I hold my master's degree with a major in biomedical engineering which was awarded to me by NYMU(National Yang-Ming University) in 2019 and I have been working as a software engineer for 3 years 2019. I am looking for a position in software development.
I think I am an optimistic, good-temper, and easy-going guy. However, I tend to get nervous easily because I always want to make everything well. When I feel nervous, I always talk to myself “everything will be alright” and take a deep breath to relax my emotion.
When I was a graduate student, I joined the Ubiquitous Computing Laboratory and the director of the laboratory is Prof. Chia-Tai Chan. The topic of the laboratory is about Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in healthcare such as using machine learning or developing algorithms to recognize activities of humans and to detect fall events or Ambient Assisted Living (AAL)-based healthcare system. My master thesis is about developing and designing a system to monitor sedentary behavior by recognizing the movements or activities with the IMU(Inertial Measurement Unit) in the smartphone and the smartwatch. And the primary research was published in the ECBIOS 2019 (IEEE Eurasia Conference on Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare and Sustainability 2019) and was awarded the best conference paper award.

After I graduated, I joined Faspro Systems as a software engineer. Faspro Systems is a startup company that is dedicated to solving the needs in the medical field with IT technology and the main product of the company is the head-mount wireless medical camera(MediCam). The supervisors in the company are all full experience in the IT industry. With their leadership, I learned a lot of things that cannot be learned from school. Below is my experience in the company:
* I developed and designed the App for Windows to connect and control MediCam.
1. Interact with Wi-Fi to connect MediCam.
2. Optimize the latency of the preview which is about 25ms delay between MediCam and PC.
3. Stream the preview of MediCam to the server.
4. Watch live-streaming from the server.
5. Save frames into a media file in PC directly when previewing.
6. Manage media files in MediCam remotely.
* POCs
1. Developed the audio streaming App for Prayer Broadcast System to stream the audio from microphone in the church to the server and the believers can listen everywhere.
2. Developed the algorithm to find the foucsed object in the video with OpenCV and FFmpeg.
3. Developed the algorithm to decrease vibration in video.
* From 2020 to 2022, I attended the project that assists the doctors to find the abnormal area in the image which is around the anus with AI technology.

* Besides software development, I completed FM-105(Head-Mount Wireless Camera) compliance test.(CE, FCC, Telec) and FL-200(Cordless LED Headlamp) compliance test.(CE) with electrical engineers.
