# Projects/Initiatives Review and Audit Framework

## Brief Project Description

The Community Development Group provides members with the tools needed to improve the ecosystem. This is achieved by presenting opportunities for members to create, update, and maintain MakerDAO's public set of community resources.

## Project Goal

## Current Process

1. Someone proposes helping out or starting a new initiative (stated on community-chat or forum)
2. Work is approved by Rich
3. Supported by David or Amy
4. HackMD and Github Issues are made (by commmunity-lead)
5. Status updates via community chat, comm-dev Wednesday calls, DMs
6. Monday calls with community leads plan high level, project by project recorded on [PM sheet](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1qUuAPZv3Fx0bXKaCyOnEvXM35uvrQvGcOFhq8Mk5G-E/edit?usp=sharing)

## Current Painpoints

1. Visibility into ROI
2. Maintaining consistency during peak events (like MCD, Devcon, etc)
3. Documenting processes as they happen
4. Changing prioritzation
