# Benevolence license
1. If you are a natural person, you are free-licensed for personal usage.
2. If you are not a natural person, such as a legal person, group or organization, then you should follow [Apache license 2.0](https://www.apache.org/licenses/LICENSE-2.0), provided that ==benevolence, [neutral dao for humanity](https://hackmd.io/QMdKVF_0R3WpBTopqkt-TQ?view#Neutral-Number) and autonomy then sharing==, are, by default, supported by a signed contract; otherwise, name of the violator will be broadcasted.
1. Autonomy: any person involved in this license is free to do anything legally, provided that no one can violate the autonomy of any one.
2. Sharing: any product (not limited to fame, source, object, or profit) should be reasonably shared to all participants.
3. If consensus of autonomy or sharing cannot be reached, please quit and leave peacefully by following contracts if they exists. The strife clause is termed at least one week. Do no evil to any one involved.

## PreICO Stage
Everything is decided by owner with user contract (合約), including delegation to a committee. When to start the stage, how to share, tax, implement, realize, operate, ..., and when to stop or go to next stage. Any rights not claimed in this stage can not be redeemed in next stage.

## ICO Stage
A board committee replaces the owner. The committee is legally in charge (法約). If judiciary is not enough, resort to the public.

* Since autonomy goes "earlier" than sharing, is Benevolence License really neutral?
* Yes, if considering humanity, benevolence is neutral; otherwise, abusing is possible and needs more efforts to remedy.
* What if more than one teams compete for the same Benevolence project?
* They need to believe in Neutralism first to continue. So it is open who is doing what. The earlier can choose what part of work to be shared and keep at least half of the undone work, measured by OurCoin.
* Then, if they can not merge into one team, or share works, the earlier with better work done wins, following their contracts at this moment. There are always continuing stories. If they are not contracted, no complaint, everything can be shared. The public, customers or market, will decide who stay.
* How do you know the Benevolence project violating the Benevolence license?
* Someone will know. We can investigate. The public will know. Time will tell.
* Will the faked Benevolence project be removed once on?
* By request, depends on the fact. If the project is terminated, it might still there for education.
* Can any one use Benevolence-licensed IP without licensed?
* Yes, the same as a license violator. The only effective benevolence power is from the public. If most of the public use only benevolent products or services, benevolence projects are well protected.
* Will the violators be posted for sure?
* No, sometimes, they have bad bosses.
* Who decides what kinds of violators will be posted?
* It depends on the license owner officially and the public unofficially. Wish OurChain team can be authorized to do it.
* Are there any advantages for the earlier Benevolence License adopters?
* Yes, there is more bargain power on contract details as normal. Although fairness is also important consideration in benevolence. Termed exclusive licensing is possible for true benevolent adopters in each industry.
* How to share with code contributors?
* Follow respective license and contract.
* If there is nothing to follow, set one.
* If no aggrement can be done, clean house (stop using the independent object code) in a week.
* If the code is mixed with other code in an object code, clean house in a claimed period.
