## Party DAO

**Proposal for The M3mes DAO**

For-profit DAO as a fun vehicle for collecting and producing memes, and potentially a case study in metaverse interest group diplomacy

**Plan A:**
- 50% creator split partyDAO, crowdfund setup
- Sell memberships or do flexible
- 50% of ETH for membership goes into bounty wallet for producing m3mes, 3d art inspired by memes by 6529
- Have ready-made examples to show
- Other 50% goes into buying memes, further aligning ourselves with their network
- Launch M3mes Zora Collection
- Airdrop every M3me PartyDAO member one of the NFTs


**Plan B:**

- Invite only membership
- Whoever made a M3me
- Give ourselves extra membership passes to give out later, like invite codes
- 2 ETH from PartyDAO grant
- Create a Zora collection with 50% split
- Add new members by proposal ($30 each)
