  • Figma board for jamming https://www.figma.com/file/gsS5SPC1trt3jvio1WZJ4G/OC%2FWise%2FFortnox-integration-project?type=whiteboard&node-id=0%3A1&t=u0xwuFQFmsxRZJTP-1 notes from conversation with Christian Ubbeson Current situation: The process is working as is, only thing that is not perfectly in line with bookeeping needs is the lump registration of all reciets from all dreams, something like 900 reports and often multiple reciepts per report there is also no ongoing bookkeeping but all bookkeeping is done in the fall where the dreams reciepts are all lumped together into one big booking and then all of the 50 or so transactions for infrastructure that have accumulated over the year are tagged and entered into fort knox There are currently accounts used in the bookkeeping for around areas like: power/electricity, machines. Dreams is one account for the one big entry (these are indicated by the tagging of the transactions that go into the bookkeeping) using tags directly from making more projects for each budget area (like power, water etc) in open collective can be somewhat sketchy because there is no way for an admin to move erroneous listings from one project to another

  • synopsis Software for co-creating, accessing, and managing emergent events. It could be a meeting for a project, practice session for a martial art, gaming session, hobby hangout, or a big celebration. Gather lets you see and actualize previously invisible possibilities for coming together with the people in your life around the things you care about. gather is software that enables people to form events in a way that both promotes flexibility and mutual leadership as well as clarifying and making commitments visible. overview the gather application will let people create simple events both within a group or in a more open space.

  • This is a description of the minimal viable product needs for a system that is able to handle ordering and settle credit in a buyers club. The process and flows here are modelled to fit with how we work now in Röstånga. In general anyone in the buyers club is free to start an order process from any supplier, gather what everyone wants to order from what is on offer with that supplier/producers and send that order to the producer. The order is then delivered to the buyers club space and is checked and sorted for each member that has made purchases in that order. Once the order is checked the member is sent the final summarized price of the products they ordered and send the money (this could change a little with the credit system). The money is revieved and the invoice to the supplier/producer is paid. Everyone eats well. Learning from REA meeting - sept 22 Price is an intent - valueflows doesn't care what a resource is

  • Synopsis An event management application for a community. Barebone module that allows anyone to create an event, anyone else to choose attending. Creators should also be able to cancel events. Qustion to clarify What are the differences with doing this on HOlochain, how is it different from regular centralized tech, why is that important? User stories A person should be able to create an event, either open (public) or invite only (private) (25 Nov) Events could be marked as having a ticket cost, but purchasing is not handled in MVP People should be able to mark as attending

  • Why food sovereignty hubs? As we try to create new patterns of living on the planet, all humans have a need for sustenance in the form of food and we need to find ways of providing for that need that also nourishes the systems around us. A food sovereignty hub may be a center of a human community. Food sovereignty can be adjacent and interacting with the market based systems that we are used to going through in order to get our food but may create commons for the communities that run them. The impulse towards creating this kind of hub comes from reducing the friction of sourcing the kind of food that people consider good. What constitutes good food will vary from group to group and these preferences need to be configurable in any model. Some of the values that might be used to guide the work in a hub could be: what is in this food and how will it affect our bodies when we digest it? what are the conditions of the soil from the food comes and how is our production or harvesting affecting that soil? where is the food coming from and how well do we understand what is needed to keep this flow of sustenance towards the group going? what are the conditions like for the humans that are involved in the sourcing of the food?

  • Shiro is a Japanese word for "White" or "Castle" but it is also used to describe the mycohrizal mats that surround and connect to roots in the rhizome. We envision this project as a fungal-like communication and transport network for local-to-bioregional (and beyond) foodstuffs. The impulse that originated this project was seeing the potential that cooperative and community driven food buyers clubs could provide in shifting our food systems to healthier patterns. The term buyers clubs, is a very direct translation from the Swedish word "inköpsförening" and a lot of the insight that intiated this project comes from existing buyers clubs in Sweden. There are lots of variations on how this might work and the term food cooperative is a far more common and ubiquitous term. This project has at it's core a desire to increase the operative capacity of food co-ops and buyers clubs and have them better fullfill the needs of humans and the ecosystems they are embedded in. There are a few primary ways we hope to empower these organisational forms:

  • ![Soil food web](https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/8/89/Soil_food_webUSDA.jpg =500x) In order to restore ecosystems, rapidly grow fertility, stabalize atmospheric and ocean patterns we need to facilitate the growth of the base layers of trophic cascades. In other words, regenerative practice is fundamentally based on creating space for the rapid growth of microbes like algea, bacteria, fungi, nematodes, ciliates, etc. Just like within our own bodies and cells, these microscopic lifeforms are the foundations of healthy function of ecosystems. There are many well documented and working practices for this. As the understanding of the damage of industial agriculture becomes apparent and people start reaching towards regenerative methods to repair and build soil, we can try to create space for that transition to be as rapid as we can make it. Some flows that can be made visible in order to ensure ample support for this process are described below. Major flows to facilitate Increase production of compost

  • One app image from presentation by @RebeccaRachmany In the second part of this, l’ll use the example of the twitter clone. Mostly because it’s way simple, but also because there is was a working codebase for it around 6 months ago for people to look at. In the first image, what we see there is how an app is based on the published entries that when they are created go first into what is called the source chain on the device and then onto the shared DHT. Every dot on the wheel is a user/player/agent Every agent has a source chain for each application
