# Reflections on OLC from the HC community talk
What are things that people need?
How do we cultivate a culture of asking? (which is a requrement for actually useful and fullfilling giving)
How can OLC become a portal through which the community of coders and designers can see themselves as well as presenting themselves to the outside?
Can we encourage mentoring?
What would be useful current-sees that might help with coordination and collaboration in the growing ecosystem?
* Skillsets? Palette of techinque? (Coding & tutoring)
* Learning-style?
* Prior projects (Portfolio)
* Ethics/motivations/areas of interest?
* Availibility & needs?
*
How can the learning community sessions contribute to the software that communities are asking for?
## Notes from conversation with Bear
1. Set up a small team (probably me, Kristofer, and a rust dev (not neccessarily HC knowledgable))
2. Clearly map the Sharing Ecology zomes (Books, Tools, Cars, ) and the pathways to distribution
3. Write out why these zomes are fundemental to the Holochain ecology
4. Have a first adaptive draft of how to record, review and share the learning experience that is the product development and adoption
5. Planning for the material to end up as an online course in "building a Holochain app"
6. Create a crowdfund page, connected to the OLC where we can recieve the funds (possibly with the accompanyment of crypto equivalent)
