### Misc
- "Regular" arrows have no limit
- Special arrows consume crafting ingredients, some ingredients may give multiple arrows per item
- Can apply effects to terrain
- Special arrow gives effects per ability
- No combining effects, using multiple queues most recently used to front
- Any abilities that fire multiple arrows per ability should have diminsihed effects
- Limit maximum duration charged attacks can be held (i.e. energy drain past a certain duration)
- Alternatively increase inaccuracy past point (or add "jitter")
- Add inaccuracy as default to attacks
