Canter Gaming is launching a Wi-Fi-enabled sports betting service today that lets gamblers place bets anywhere in Nevada.
The Las Vegas-based company said customers can make bets using a Wi-Fi network using their personal computers, laptops, tablets and smartphones because the network does not require 3G or 4G location capabilities.
"This ultimate convenience enhances the gaming experience for our customers," said Lee Amaitis, president and CEO of Kanto Gaming.
Amitis said the introduction of Wi-Fi-enabled sports betting is a natural next step since the launch of its Android sports betting app in October.
Cantor Gaming guaranteed to customers that Wi-Fi services are secure and have built-in sophisticated data encryption technology.
"The technology locates users, limits their use within the state of Nevada, and complies with Nevada and federal regulations," the company said in a statement. 파워볼게임
Customers must have an account with Canter Gaming before using the app. Canter Gaming operates seven game and sports books in Las Vegas.
