Teaching Assistant (TA) Logistical Onboarding Process == As of April 2022 ## Process 1. Volunteer and Staff Admissions Support gets **list of new admitted TAs**. - Admitted TAs are selected by our Instructional Program Managers (IPMs). * **Immersives**: Bryan Wallace (bryan@codepath.org) * **Remote**: Susie Liang (susie@codepath.org) * **SE10x**: Emily Garvey (emily.garvey@codepath.org) 2. Forward the email to the accounting team (accounting@codepath.org) and have them set the contractors up on Bill.com/Zenefits, whichever we are using. Add the TA to the designated **Slack channel** for their course * `#se10x-tas-summer22`/`remote-<course>-instructors-tas` 6. Send the TA **calendar invites** to training, session, and syncs or debriefs. 7. Close the loop by **updating airtable** and **informing the concerned IPM** that logistical onboarding is complete
