  • 區間測速這議題也有開源社群的人在關注了, 身為資訊業, 同時有可合法行駛於公路的各種大小車種駕照持有者(個人現在是大客車與大型重機), 以及為環境所逼, 具備10幾年上路經驗的年輕(?)人, 我覺得需要讓大家知道台灣速限的管理問題在哪裡 先回歸駕駛體感來看 一位開車騎車的人, 當下能從儀表資訊知道的就是當下的瞬間速度 區間測速所測的, 是 A 點到 B 點花了多少時間, 在 AB 之間里程資訊已知的情況下, 可以用 (里程/時間) 去計算車子通過 AB 的速度是多少 那意思就是說, 在定速道路上, 大家幾乎維持定速行駛才能比較地有把握讓行車速度貼到區間測速的開罰速度, 進而提升用路效率, 同時, 這段道路應該是封閉道路, 不讓用路人有機會從巷口進出, 或是平面道路那樣有足夠的空間可以任意路邊停車, 這樣才抓得到超速的人嘛 但回頭來看台灣的道路, 因為寶島多山, 大多是蜿蜓的路, 一位合格, 腦袋正常的駕駛騎士, 一定是見直線則加速, 見彎道則減速, 所以車流在整個過程中會是變速的, 穿越我的居住地的北宜公路就是很經典的一個例子 再者, 市區或平原才有筆直的道路, 可是這些筆直的道路又在左右有一堆巷口, 以及有空間可以路邊停車, 如此變速甚至可以中離的環境,也不是區間測速適合的路段 那什麼情況下區間測速可以與車子的儀表資訊契合呢?
