  • What do we need to do to satisfy Supermodular lawyers?
  • What do we need to make sure not to do to keep them satisfied in the future?
  • How can we get the green light for proceeding with our DAO?
  • When/how will we exit to community? Can/should we start with community, bottom up, and does that alleviate legal tensions?
  • Are there restrictions on how we distribute shares? Does it matter if they are paid for in tokens (via Yeeter, Gitcoin Grants) or NFT tribute? Can we disperse them for free?

Economics

  • How have the initial expenses been justified to Supermodular? What is the expexted return, if any?
  • Can we build upon this framing to extend into the Pluriverse DAO model?
  • How do we avoid articulating a business model in order to let the community articulate one for itself?
  • Do we (Kevin + Travis) expect economic upside to this project?
  • Do we intend to compensate contributors to this project?
    • Can this be designed as a grants and/or bounty community?
  • How do we need to handle compensation to satisfy legal?
  • Might this DAO be a pure coordination tool and not require economic dealings?

Collective IP

  • Do we need to be explicit about open source practices?
  • Do we need to be explicit about Creative Commons attribution for lore content?
  • How does this inflect back on the legal and economic issues?
  • How can we empower people to build whatever they want without needing to think about the consequences? In other words how can we do the heavy lifting for them?
  • How does the community visualize itself? (IMHO this is our primary goal for the next 90 day engagement.)
