# PGF Status Update: Gitcoin Comic Team - June 29, 2022
### Project Delays
- Comic #4 and the Pluriverse Guide have both been delayed due to personal hardships from key contributors.
- Kevin + TW have been discussing MCON2 as the next potential release date for the Pluriverse Guide: First week of September in Denver, CO.
- Let's discuss if we want to coordinate, or find another date to release.
### Art Updates
- Horacio has finished the final page and it looks amazing! (see art samples below)
- Horacio is moving on to inking and coloring the pages.
- TW is sketching the cover art and deciding the title this week. Any thoughts?
- We have been unable to contact our desired letterer, so we will default to the same person from last time: Alex De Luca.
### Production Needs
- Format: will we print in the same manner as last time? = 1000x at rushed speed. Any reason to make changes?
- Kevin has proposed we print 100x and distribute at MCON2 along with comics 1-4 and the Pluriverse Guide in free goody bags
- Need to align with the digital release 👇🏽
- Digital proof: if we are proceeding with a 1:1 NFT, we need the specs for outputting this file in preparation to mint. How will we mint btw?
- The original plan was to hire a designer to handle the layout of the book. Due to budget tightening, perhaps TW should handle the layout again. Any issues with this?
### Budget
- [x] Confirm the final 25% distribution for the comic #4 budget
- [x] Confirm how to proceed with the auction/marketing portion of the budget
- [x] Confirm the approval of comic #5 (as a continuation of the original proposal) and if so...
- [x] Confirm when work for comic #5 should begin, and...
- [x] Confirm appropriate budget strategy for comic #5
### Etc.
- Are there any other Gitcoin initiatives underway that we need to sync with?
