# NFT Community DAO Incentives ###### tags: `Finance Circle` `Incentives` ## Assumptions Just throwing out some ideas for how we can structure incentives. I'll start it with a few assumptions about the value proposal. It's obviously unknown what this can sccale to and I think the proposal was based on a review of the formula every epoch. The assumption is somthing like this: > **10,000,000** Million Prot minted (that's actually true and not an assumption) > **50** people in DAO (assumption) > Tokens evenly distributed to every member and fully distributed **200,000** each > Total wETH (or equiv) investment / member = **.5** weth (assumption) > Total Shares Per Member: **500** > 200,000/500= **400** So 400 PROT tokens would be the equivelent value of PROT / share, in this scenenario. Current Share price in DAI: 4.30807 Value Per Prot: **0.01077018** DAI (VPP) So, if the value proposal passes as stated above the VPP should be kept in mind for potential incentives. ## :hammer: Tools Available * Sourcecred (maybe too complicated but also may be perfect) *MF Looked at it a bit* * Coordinape (easy to use but is a manual interface for users to distribute their share tokens) * Discord Bots + Dyno + Mee6 + . + . + . + . * Google sheets * HackMD * Figma * Collab.land (would have to try to get whitelisted by them for anything other than gated access to areas of the discord server) * Any Others? * DAOhaus, disperse boost [https://daohaus.club/docs/users/boosts/disperse-boost](https://daohaus.club/docs/users/boosts/disperse-boost). This boost can be used to handle airdrops or flow payments * * * ## :eyes: Incentive Ideas point form for now then maybe we can do a quick consensus vote on discord for a few to expand on. * start a minion for each circle and deposit a budgeted amount in each circle, so each circle can off their own incentives. Will help engage each circle. * Airdrops - would like to airdrop at least 400 tokens to the discord members that request it. Perhaps more to our frens (can use disperse boost for this) * Contests and giveaways eg. meme contests * Contributions (actually a big topic and I think it would be best left to each circle how to do it) but some ideas by circle. * Rewarding members with disperse payments. Small amount of PROT being streamed continuously to DAO members, creating FOMO for non DAO members. * add liquidity for the PROT token, using swapr to create pools. Can make a yield farm very easily using the boost eg. Member provides liquidity to pool, deposits LP tokens into minion and a dispersal payment setup to distribute PROT rewards. * ### :o: Research Circle * Research Can reward for providing a summary of some articles * book reviews * marketing research * DAO to DAO research * The list is endless * * * * * ### :o: Governance * Rewards for assisting with day/day. NFTCD Discord Channel Expansion

Problem Not all NFT projects have exposure to their own audience/community especially at the start. Building community is often the most challenging aspect of creating an NFT project or gaining followers All NFT projects do not need their own discord server. Often people follow many different servers amd are unable to pay attention to all of them. Solution NFTCD has room within its Discord server to allow artists or projects to run their own channel on the server. This will enable the NFTCD to become an NFT social hub where "community" can be shared. As a project develops its own community, and may eventually outgrow the "community seed" server. At which time NFTCD will aide in the transition. This should aide with artist in growing their community with the added benefit of having access to other artists' communities that is usually not as possiblw with individual servers.

NFT Community DAO Mission Statement

This is to jam on the mision statement a bit. I'm just gonna jot some idas down, make a list etc. Add to it, edit it, make comments Invest in artists Invest in communities Investing in the development of the NFT space Assembling the tools to organize NFT communities into DAOs Experimentation with Web3 technology Foster relationships and build a community of communities The NFT Community DAO was founded by a collective of NFT collectors/artists and crypto enthusiasts. We are interested in the development and sustainability of the NFT movement. Our goal is to foster support for NFT artists and communities through investments. Those investments may come in the form of purchasing NFTs or liquidity positions. Additionally, we aim to provide support for creators and communities by providing DAO creation and community building services and aiding in the marketing and promotion of their NFT projects.
