Some of the contents will be selected, which will be included in the commemorative video and trailer. All contents that are collected will also be uploaded onto the commemorative website for public view semi-permanently. ### Execution: A channel will be created inside the discord server in order to collect the required materials, in which everyone is welcomed to join. For those who are interested in constructions in Minecraft, please join the 2D2C Minecraft server’s Discord through the following link(LINK). ### Resource Requirements: Nothing more than all of your helpful hands and selfless love towards Coco would help better. ### Project Supervisor(s): YoYa ### Deadline: 20/6/2021 --- ## Design commissions ### Description: To ensure the quality and the uniformity of the designs, we will be commissioning experienced illustrators and graphic designers to be responsible for designing the key visual, icon, logo, etc. Designs will then be used as advertising materials, event banners, etc. ### Execution: As for now, we have commissioned Cloba sensei as the illustrator, who will be drawing Kaichou in yakuza style. The draft has been started and finalization will start on June 15, submission of the illustration and the payment will both be settled on June 22. Sougetsu Studio,on the other hand, has been commissioned for graphic design and has already started the design and the illustration of the logo. Any further details will be updated in the Discord server. ### Resource Requirements: Commission fee for Cloba sensei: NT$19,000 Commission fee for Sougetsu Studio: NT$5,000 ### Project Supervisor(s): ChienHS ### Deadline: 22/6/2021 - Cloba sensei’s submission date --- ## Crowdfunding campaigns ### Description: Due to the massive expenses required for those projects, our team cannot afford to do it by ourselves, so we decided to hold this crowdfunding campaign, which will significantly reduce the pressure on the whole team and accelerate the process of the projects. ### Execution: Considering the time required to apply for a funding platform, crowdfunding will take place in money transfer (TW Only), please check the transaction with our team publicly, the record will be kept in an individual channel, the donor's name will be posted on our website and will be added to the end of the video in order to appreciate all your contribution. ### Resource Requirements: Lack of accounting staff. ### Project Supervisor(s): ChienHS ### Deadline: 22/6/2021 Money transfer --- ## Pre-campaign promotions ### Description: Due to the lack of help and resources, it would be great if people can help promote this project so that more fans can participate, and for the best, let Kaichou know that this project exists. ### Execution: We are asking admins from different fan pages, servers, groups to post announcements about the event. In the meantime, we would like to have a request for clippers, translators and YouTubers to make use of YouTube communities by advertising our project in order to reach our goal. ### Resource Requirements: We need the contact information and assistance of admins, YouTubers, and clippers.A formal invitation of assistance will be sent. Names will be credited on the website and at the end of the video. ### Project Supervisor(s): ChienHS, Yoya ### Deadline: --- ## Commemorative Video Production ### Description: This project will consist of two sections, a trailer and a main video. The main video will be about 5-10 minutes long and will include Kiryu Coco’s stream highlights, rewinds and FanArts collected throughout the project. Screenshots and video clips of different constructions built in the 2D2C minecraft server will also be included. The length of the trailer will be within a minute. It will be used as the major promotional tool for different outdoor advertisements. Content of the video will be related to this project. ### Execution: Our videos will consist of the following sections: 1. The first part of the video will be Livestream rewinds, so we need help to find highlights and clips of Coco. 2. The second part will be the FanArts and blessings throughout the event. (Details explained in part 2) 3. The last part will be a portrait of buildings in the 2D2C MC server. (Details explained in part 2) Material gathering will also be carried out with other projects in the meantime. Further discussions about filming and other technical details shall also start soon. ### Resource Requirements: We currently have 3 video editors, 1 music producer ,some illustrators and designers. The schedule will be published as soon as possible once the results of discussions have been confirmed. ### Project Supervisor(s): Chelly ### Deadline: Before 22/6/2021 --- ## Setting up Commemorative Website ### Description: A semi-permanent commemorative website for the event will be set up to upload visual arts, logos, raised contents, etc. in the convenience for future appreciation. ### Execution: 蔬菜果will be in charge of the website’s layout 藍葉will be in charge of setting up the website ### Resource Requirements: A constantly operating server, which allows the website to be able to operate continuously. The current solution is to use resources given by 2D2C Discord server(still remain unsure). ### Project Supervisor(s): 藍葉 ### Deadline: The website will be set up before 30/6/2021 --- ## Publicising advertisements ### Description: In order to make our way to the perfect ending of the event, and for the fans to witness their effort in it,we decided to rent advertisements. It will be an unforgettable memory for every participant of this project and our effort will be seen at first sight! ### Execution: We are currently in contact with several advertising companies. We listed out some issues about price,etc. and then sorted them into an independent file.
