This week was more about understanding the design specs proposed by the Mentors followed by reading about ePBS and PTC - an ePBS design.

- Had an call with Potuz, Terence and other EPF fellows to discuss more about the PTC design.
- Was analyzing the different ideas from the references about fee market designs, empty blocks and PT votes.
