(確定實體還是線上) 這點會拉到很前面,是因為實體的活動和線上的活動具有很大的差別,以我們之前的資訊營為例,以下有一個表格可以呈現差異。 | | 實體 | 線上 | | -------- | -------- | -------- | | 活動 | 戶外活動占多數,要注意雨備以及道具等問題,通常人與人可以實體接觸會讓互動效果更佳 | 要選擇開場在哪個軟體,活動要設計遊戲(通常線上的創新遊戲比較難)想要的遊戲會不會有連線問題以及收費問題 主持人要一個人Hold住全場 因為他人回應會少很多 互動過程要注意避免尷尬 | |教學| 要租借教室,確認有無電腦直播 現場可以安排助教幫忙|dc google meet youtube <br> 確認連線、麥克風 <br> 很難直接具體教學情況 |學校|要用附中場地or附中集合 就一定要配合學校填寫很多的相關資料 有可能迫於疫情問題有很多變數|基本上學校的變數會少很多| |營服,紀念品|可以|不方便 |收費|收費會比較高<br>可以實體或轉帳|收費較低(通常)<br>非轉帳的話很難處理 ---- ### 3. 確認整體活動項目 以資訊營為例,此時要確認"我要辦哪些活動" ex 大地活動、RPG、密室解謎等等 以及,這些活動要幹嘛,粗略審視一下執行上有沒有困難。 接著,預估這個活動需要多久的時間(ex大地活動我們安排了3小時),以確認大概要準備多少活動內容。接著考慮有沒有適合的場地。 最後分派活動的負責人,總召盡量不要當活動負責人,分配負責人時,記得確認他本身的工作量(ex 美宣+活動負責人 == 爆肝)。 ---- ### 4. 確定活動時間(以及工人有空時間) 先以google表單確認每個人實體的時間,權衡得失後訂定活動日期。 除了同屆以外,也早一點確定"學長姐有空的時間" 通常活動現場,幹部的人手會不夠,勢必需要學長姊support,越早訂時間,可以越早讓學長姐排開行程。統計完人數,就可以精準的預估有多少人手,就不會有後續才發現缺人的問題了。 ---- ### 5. 排定粗流、預估細活動時間、場地(以及確認場地不會撞到) 粗流非常重要,除了未來活動安排銜接,活動企劃書,申請場地,工作安排等都會需要搭配粗流,所以粗流越早出來越好。 排粗流時,記得在活動與活動之間,安排空白時間。 通常,活動的日程安排,要使人手容易提前準備下個活動(a->b b的場佈不能是a的負責人),以及場地轉移的方便性。 ---- ### 6. 人員職務分配(粗略) 接著就可以分派人力了,首先先確定誰可以負責幫忙籌備什麼事情,瑣碎的事情要給誰負責,隊輔、機動組要給誰當,最好建一個表格讓大家知道自己要幹嘛。現場的人員分配可以等到活動出來的差不多再安排。 ---- ### 7. (IF疫情,行政積極確認學校反應) (通常是社長)積極確認社活組態度,必要時趕快改為線上。 ---- ### 準備初期 ---- ### 8. (背景執行項目) 想主題、活動名稱 想主題是為了讓 1. 美宣設計主視覺 2. 讓活動有一個大方向, 所以它其實沒有到非常著急,會議時間的集思廣益非常的消耗時間,可以先讓大家想好之後再在某次籌會直接投票決定。 確定主題後,每個活動的設計就要跟著主題跑,各個活動間也盡量要接在一起,看看能不能讓所以活動整合成一個連貫的完整活動。 如果準備的人手不太夠,可以試試看走極簡風 --- ### 9. 行政排預算表 ![](https://i.imgur.com/G3DxZ3A.png) (from 43寒訓) 從要支出多少錢來預估要收多少錢,以及是否要收工人費。 工人費可以從召生角度考量 --- ### 10. 行政確認及製作活動企劃書 [社活組的新版企畫書範本](https://drive.google.com/file/d/1UFUSvtAItR14B0jMKlM_BM_MNJGZWwQP/view) --- ### 11. 行政安排deadline 安排deadline剛剛有講,這裡跳過。 --- ### 12. 美宣想主視覺 --- ### 13. 活動們討論主題如何貫穿以及銜接 劇情銜接? --- ### 14.
