* I don't think it needs to be a private and personal connection, but at least a connection.
* I believe's this morning's keynote regarding curiousity is a good example of how to make a connection with others.

* 我覺得我們團隊溝通很多，每件事情都說可以自己做決定，但最後還是都回歸主管決定，所以看起來常常好像有賦權，但最終又沒有?
* I think perhaps sometimes we are conditioned from as kids to defer to authority (i.e: adults). It is just one step in the right direction to overcome.

* 聽完上面那個好奇，賦權是所有事情都可以做決定？還是賦權也有分層級?
* I think the principles are more like a guardrail to help.

* There is a difference in approach and language.
* There isn't a wrong approach.

* I'm not intimately familiar with others.
* I believe the biggest difference is in language/jaragon/vocab. Which cannot be changed (to fit the org).

* 賦權的目的是為了讓團隊有更好工作環境，還是有什麼目的？不然為什麼突然要賦權？還是因為自組織？/ 有沒有比較實際的例子是如何觀察到成員也覺得自己有被賦權?
