* The certificate system in cooperation with Tradevan,Co.,Ltd has been upgraded from sha-1 to sha-2. In order to solve information security issues and Microsoft's IE browser no longer supports updates, the back-end process has been planned and developed since 2020/03,launch at 2021/04.

* 2020/06 to 2020/02 , to upgrade Java JDK enviroment, served as the PM and arranged manpower, and cooperated with three colleagues to test the system JDK upgrade. In order to solve the system diversion problem, I acted as the PM arranging manpower, converted the Apach Websphere container to Apache Tomcat, and performed system testing.

* To perform the system,uses batch script generated email notifications and system exception inspections.
* Writing Batch programs such as Shell Script, PL/SQL...etc to track system bugs based on customer service issues and plan for optimization and improvement.

* In order to solve the internal document filing, it took 1 week to write an email notification gadget; it actually reduced the working hours of colleagues by 30-60 minutes per day.
* The original customer deletion function requires additional writing of SQL commands; after improvement, the program determines to delete the member by itself and saves the deletion time data; reduces the working hours of colleagues from 5 hours a week to 1 hour a week.
* Uploading graphic files every day is prone to omissions. In order to reduce the input of manual comparison commands, the shell script is used to compare the database and the file name. It takes 2 weeks from development to testing and online; it actually reduces the number of colleagues per week. 150 minutes of checking work.
* The bank and peasant association branch information was originally not considered to be provided by Party A. Later, the bank branch crawler program was written and the development test was completed.
