    中国大陆大型企业内外部开源现状和未来 - 马全一 === {%hackmd LcL4-VI0SGitSiINTuy4rA %} > 請從這裡開始 對 Linux Foundation 演變的思考 - 2000年大公司俱樂部 - 加入Linux Foundation,大部分都是大型公司並且與硬體相關 (Huawei, Cisco, NEC, HP, Intel, IBM) - 各家在Linux Kernel 接口層面和實作上競爭 - 2015年創業公司群熊逐鹿 - 董事會取消獨立董事席位 - 成立OCI基金會(原因是當時 Docker 不願與其他人合作導致) - CNCF及AI子基金會成立 Linux Foundation 兩階段工作內容 - 2000年:圓桌會議(避免廠商分裂) - 2015年:標準化 從公司角度看開源 - 公司核心的目標就是獲取更多的商業利益 - 公司要為股東服務,股東就是為了要錢 - 開原或取商業利益的論證邏輯授企業文化影響 - 影響中國公司最深的代表:Intel,門軟件甚至有一個開源實驗室,有專門的工程師負責 - 華為一度也效仿 Intel 的模式,在內部成立類似的部門。 ## 大陸大型企業開源現狀 中國真正有技術基礎的公司:1華為 2阿里 3騰訊 - 大部分工程師連其他部門的原始碼都不能看 - *"內源"* - 因為他們採取賽馬機制,所以是多個部門互相競爭;各大公司也都推動內部共享代碼。(按:serious?) - 這幾年似乎有工程師希望改變這個現狀 - 認為自己的 code 或是架構非常優秀,開源了可能讓競爭對手超越自己 - (但底層開發員也有可能是覺得自己的代碼寫太爛,怕開源之後找不到下一份工作) - 為了內部競爭服務,先開源出去占山頭 - 美其名曰:*"以外打內"* Huawei - 一切以硬體利益為中心,開源方案要能為硬體創造價值 - 沒有開發者生態也沒有商業生態 - 非常複雜的決策體系 - 最成功的開源項目:Kubernetes,最失敗的開源項目:OpenStack Tencent - 最賺錢的佛系公司@@ - 內部開源組織TOSA (仿效Apache管理方式) - 高層對開源的價值認可,中層對開源投入不夠,底層渴望開源 - 微信一支獨秀。 - 最好的開源項目:Tars Alibaba - 企業管理介於華為與騰訊之間 - 在 Dubbo 嘗到開源生態帶來的價值 - 對開源認知已經覺醒:從Intel開源實驗室挖人、收購具有生態價值的技術初創企業 Hyper ,從 CoreOS 挖人投入到 CNCF 基金會中。 - 對自己技術認知過高 其他公司 - 百度:管例類似騰訊,但安全部門的開源項目為圈內技術含量最高 - 其他大型互聯網公司仍以激勵為主 中國開源不能形成良好的氛圍來自兩次斷檔 - 歷史文化斷檔 - 互聯網文化斷檔 中國所有的商業價值都來自壟斷 **無開源、不生態** **無生態、不商業** --- > 不能錄影錄音,這些應該都不能紀錄吧?!! >好奇他們知道我們有文字錄影嗎?要不要詢問一下? >有不行紀錄的再請他們協助刪除吧? >> 應該還是會留下編輯紀錄? >>> 總比大拉拉寫在上面好XD >>> 應該要整份文件刪掉? >>>> 我會作一些修改,讓它看起來對我無害 XD。 >>>> > 筆記有可能會被分享出去,還是要注意不要對講者有影響。 ###### tags: `COSCUP2019` `跨境合作 - COSCon (開源社)` `IB202`
