    # 為什麼我不玩遊戲了?不看動畫了?怎麼停止耍廢 ###### tags: `blog` ## 前言 你是否覺得自己太常耍廢,生產力不足?還是覺得耍廢很爽,幹麻不耍廢?我也曾經經歷過這些階段,但我不再那麼想了。在最近這幾個月,我慢慢察覺到自己不再像以前一樣以耍廢為榮,享受耍廢,我現在在耍廢時,我感受到的是罪惡感,我覺得自己在浪費時間。因此曾經一季追10部新番的我現在已經不看動畫了,遊戲也不碰了,最近也把自己的筆電灌了Manjaro(一種linux)系統,也完全不覺得眷戀可以玩遊戲的windows系統。今天想分享一下我轉變的過程以及我從中體悟到的一些想法。 ## 找到目標的過程 我自己在人生的前23年,一直都過著沒有目標的生活。或許有過短期的目標,像是考上好高中,好大學等等,但這些不過都是短期的目標,數個月到一年內就結束了,**在達成這些目標後,便會回到不斷耍廢的狀態**,不斷的玩遊戲,看動畫等等,等到下一個短期目標出現,才開始生產。到最近,我第一次開始有了些**發自內心想達成的**長期的目標,像是得到對自己人生的掌控權,提高自己的生活型態及SMV,在10年內達到財務自由,脫提朝9晚5的工作等等。這些長期目標和短期目標的差別是,**長期目標會不斷的給你短期的任務**,比如我為了增加被動收入,就開始寫文章,累積自己的價值,開始學習怎麼剪接影片,怎麼做youtube,也持續學習我在軟體開發上的專業知識。**我有無盡的東西需要學習,分享**。也因為如此,長期目標和短期目標有決定性的不同,短期目標一旦達成就會回到耍廢模式,但是長期目標不會,因為你有源源不絕的任務要做,你的todo list永遠不會是空的。 因此我接下來說的目標都是長期目標,短期目標不在討論範圍。那麼接下來我會分析一下你還在耍廢的原因,還有要如何脫離現在的狀態。 ## 會耍廢的人的分類 大部人的人耍廢的原因我覺得有分成以下幾種,這幾種也是我自己經歷過的階段。很多人會覺得自己不該一直耍廢,卻又克制不住自己,到底是為什麼?也有人一直耍廢過很爽,卻不覺得自己在浪費時間,或許等過了幾十年後才開始後悔。又或許一生都沒有察覺自己的潛力。我想用這些分類,讓大家意識到自己在哪個階段,並知道自己該採取什麼行動。 ### 第一階段:沒有目標,沒事就耍廢 在這種狀態時,你沒有自己的目標。或許你會有一些短期的目標,例如這次考試要考過,或是今天要把作業寫完等等的目標,但是當你完成這些項目時,你就會馬上覺得無事一身輕,馬上進入耍廢的狀態。因為你對自己並沒有期許,你覺得把該做的事情完成就好了,接下來就可以爽爽的耍廢。你的目標也通常都是外來的,不是你發自內心想達成的。 我的大學時期基本上就是在這個階段,考前花幾天抱個佛腳,考完之後就開始回歸從起床到睡覺,沒有上課的時間都在看動畫,看youtube或是玩遊戲的生活。我在這個時期時,我耍廢並不會有罪惡感,畢竟我的人生理念就是:人就是要活的開心,而**以我當時的視野來看,看動畫,玩遊戲就是最能帶給我開心的一件事**,那對我來說,耍廢就是**我能看到的最好的行動**,所以我不耍廢要幹麻呢? ### 第二階段:有目標,卻還是會耍廢 當你心中有一個想達成的長期目標時,如果你有自省的能力,當你開始過度的耍廢,你會開始意識到自己好像不該繼續浪費時間了,你會覺得應該為了目標開始行動,並且為耍廢感到罪惡感。**因為你知道要得到長期的快樂,你必須達成你的目標**,而耍廢只能夠帶給你短暫的快樂,但最終你還是要回歸到現實。**此時你的視野已經可以看到,耍廢並不是達到快樂最好的行動**。但未必能夠停止耍廢,開始工作。這有點像棉花糖實驗的道理。在這個階段,你雖然知道你應該忍耐才能得到更多棉花糖,但還是忍不住現在就吃掉。 我自己也是在前幾個月,才開始進入這個階段。開始有了長期的目標,也拆解出要達到這些目標我必須做出的行動。舉些例子就是,看更多關於開發,投資的影片,寫更多文章,開始拍自己的youtube影片等等。雖然我自己也偶爾還是會耍廢,但**如果你隨時知道你現在該完成什麼任務**,你會自然慢脫離這個階段。 我認為會忍不住耍廢的原因有: 1. 你對達成目標的渴望不夠大。有可能是因為這個目標其實你並不是非常想要達到,如果是這樣,你應該找一個你更想達到的目標 2. 你還在適應階段。你理解你想達到目標,也知道你不該耍廢,只是身體不聽話,內心跟身體還答不到一致。我自己的經驗是,在這種情況下,如果你發自內心想達成你的目標,你每次耍廢內心都會聽到「我現在不該耍廢,我該做XXX」的聲音,長期下來,你自然而然的就會越來越少耍廢,你慢慢會覺得玩遊戲,看動畫很浪費時間,慢慢就不會想做那些事了,而你完成一件工作時,會感受到自己又朝目標更進一步。**通過內心這樣的獎懲機制**,你自然而然就會減少耍廢時間,並增加工作效率了。這或許要幾個月的過渡期,不用著急。 ### 最後階段:有目標,不耍廢 到了這個階段,你的心裡跟身體已經達到一致了,你知道你**為了目標而行動是為了長期的快樂**,而**耍廢在理性思考後並不是最佳的行動**,因此你也完全不會想耍廢了。當然如果你工作了一段時間,覺得集中力下降,沒辦法專心時,放鬆休息一下是可以的,因為此時繼續工作反而效率會更差。但重要的觀念是,這時的休息**並不是耍廢**,因為此時**你的休息是為了達到長期目標的最佳行動**。正所謂「休息是為了走更長遠的路」。 ## 怎麼停止耍廢 如果你現在還有耍廢過度的困擾,先看看你在哪個階段吧。 如果你現在耍廢時,**沒有感到罪惡感,只覺得很爽**,那你大概沒有一個目標。 如果你耍廢時,有罪惡感,卻只是單純的罪惡感,沒有「我現在不該耍廢,我該做**某件事來接近我的目標**的想法」那你應該還是沒有目標的人。 以上兩種情況,你應該先找到一個目標。 如果你已經有一個目標,那你應該靜下來問自己,**為了接近目標我現在能做的最好行動是什麼,是耍廢嗎?還是開始工作生產或是學習?** 如果你心中有一個答案,卻還是無法行動,那檢討是否這個目標你真的想達成。 如果真的想達成,那你每次耍廢時,你就該**意識到自己在浪費時間**,並且在花費時間做一個**不是最佳解的行動**,如果你有這種思維,並有真的想達成的目標,長期下來自然耍廢的時間自然會減少。或許需要幾個月的過渡期,轉變不是一兩天突然發生的。但如果你每次耍廢都能跑持這種意識,幾個月後你就會慢慢失去對耍廢的欲望,並自主的想開始做事了。
