Reputation Based Validation and Discovery
This is a short note on using Reputational Infrastructure to accelerate validation and discovery in agent-centric environments.
Resources:
Reputational Infrastructure: Sacred Capital's Gitbook
Application in 'Neighbourhoods': Economikit HackMD
Validation: Prevention of Sybil Attacks
We propose a model for validation with vouches across multiple DNAs. (This is enabled through The Reputation Vault)
The image attached showcases an example where this can be applied. DNA 1 requires agents to present vouches from 'Initial Members' across DNAs 1/2/3/4/5.
The agent in this case, has consented to the use of vouches they have received on DNA 3/4/5 in order to enter DNA 1.
The flow-chart displays the role that the Reputational Vault plays in enabling this. It involves bridging from DNA 1 into DNA 3/4/5 via DNA RV (To be discussed: mechanisms of such bridging)
Discovery
Discovery of entries and other agents is an interesting challenge in agent-centric environments. The distributed nature of data means we cannot access tools like AI/ML since they rely on centralised resources of information. We propose a system based on distributed social intelligence based as seen below.
Porting of reputation data from other contexts can accelerate discovery. In simple terms, an agent can be invited to 'follow' other agents in a DNA on the basis of their interactions with them in other DNAs. This is enabled through The Reputation Vault again.
The image attached showcases an example where this can be applied. DNA 1 allows agents to find and query other agents that they have 'liked' in DNAs 2/3/4/5.
Agent X, has consented to the use of vouches they have received on DNA 3/4/5 in order to make discovery in DNA 1 more relevant.
The flow-chart displays the role that the Reputational Vault plays in enabling this. It involves bridging from DNA 1 into DNA 3/4/5 via DNA RV (To be discussed: mechanisms of such bridging)
Reputation Vault
A bundle of DNAs with private entries. To be downloaded as a hApp by a user.
