# Blogpost 4/20

Distribution!

To start distribution for the last two delayed to an Aaragon issue that is out of our control. Once Distribution is ready we will make an announcement. We truly do apologize but you can view the distribution on Github.

Going forward we are going to be using Daohaus for our distribution. Daohaus is a moluck (Moloch?) meaning currently only the core team has shares in the Dao. To provide the same experience that we had with our Aaragon Dao we have created a Snapshot that will act as or voting governance. Daohaus enables Snapshots to be sent directly to our Discord in an announcement.

Snapshot is our signaling vote and depending on how you vote we will make decisions in the Dao. Daohaus has allowed us to have a forum page on the uberhaus forum, once it is up and running we will let you all know❗ This gives us a stake in uberhaus but with that, we need to show up to a meeting once a month. Victor and I will be our ambassadors and it is our job to represent the community. When we have to make decisions for the community we will make a proposal for everyone to vote on.

Snapshot will also be used to make Proposals going forward. Anyone can make a proposal, we want it to generate discussion and bring growth into our Discord. We are very excited to be working with Daohaus so please stay tuned for Announcements.

Gitcoin!

During the last gitcoin grant round we had an amazing turnout, Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Can you believe Gitcoin grant round 10 is next week!

Last round we made about 6000 dollars in donations! 2500 of that has been put in a safe to pay Raidguild for app design. With this money, we will also pay Ed Zimba who is our Systems engineer. Victor will make a Proposal with what to do with the remainder of the money.

Work Flow

Over the past few weeks, we have been informing you all that we are in a transitionary period in moving our information around.

Issues(things to work on) going forward will be done through Zenhub. This will allow multiple people to work on the same repository without getting in each other’s way. Make sure you have a Github account if you would like to pick up pr’s to work on. There is a lot of work to be done and it is always a great way for you to earn some cred.

I went through all of our documents and created a glossary on everything that is currently Shenanigan V1. This glossary is an amalgamation of how She has been represented so far and is our stepping stone into Shenanigan V2. We will be editing this glossary to fit the new narrative of She so that going forward all of our information is coherent across all platforms.

Discord

To begin We want to apologize to the community for being lackluster in the distribution of power gems. The last couple of weeks we have been in a transitional period and we haven’t forgotten about them we have just been busy. There will be new Power Gems coming out this week!

Last month we had a Distribution Error where members in the community were sent their distribution and some were sent too much. We had put out a post explaining how to return the prtcle that was sent to you. We will be sending out another signal post to everyone that has still not returned the prtcle they owe.

We are still working on the old distribution from the gitcoin donations. We are seeing a bit of difficulty because we didn’t realize blockscout has a limited number of data that can be pooled so we are having to do it in sets instead of all at once. We are just waiting on source cred for the issue.

For our illustrious Memes channel to make sure that posts are not being taken down that are we think are SHE worthy make sure that you are using the ⭐ reaction! We want to make sure good Memes are being moved over to design images

Kilgore has created our beautiful Reddit for us to have as a place to hang out and shill SHE, that’s not in the discord. Going forward if you make a post in your native language, you also have to make the post in English. The reason being if we have posts ranging from English, Spanish, French, Hindi, dutch it looks very cluttered and messy. We want to have anyone that comes to the discord is able to understand what is being said and interpreted.

Game night!

The turnout for the Game night has been rising and has been cultivating a fun experience within the Discord. Carl farterson a newcomer out of nowhere is our grandmaster of Tetrio!You guys gotta pick up your game and get some practice in🎮. Game night will still be on Wednesday this week at 9:30 pm pst12:30 am est. The game will be Chess held from Chess.com so get your Kings gambit on!If you would like to suggest a new game to play browser-based games are the best because they don’t have to be downloaded and are free for everyone.

Another possibility of game type is “Highscore” such as balloon tower defense or any game where we can compete at getting the highest score! Just a thought!
