**Before continuing we believe that all women should take into account some important things for their growth within the blockchain and the community:**

- Daily 5 quality posts are chosen and sent to the curation team "as a suggestion" for rewards. It is important that they know that the same person is not selected two (2) times a week, since it is about being as fair and equitable as possible so that all women have the opportunity to be rewarded.

- We carry out a manual curation through the account @steemwomensclub with the idea of ​​supporting all possible quality publications. Unfortunately, we do not have enough Steem Power to give rewards as generous as the steemit team. However, we seek the union of all the members to be an independent community and not need the mercy of the steemit curation team. That is why delegations are so important. - We also hope that you make a constant promotion on your social networks of each publication you share with the idea that steemit and steem can reach more people and especially investors. # Hola queridas amigas y hermanas.

En esta oportunidad estoy acá para anunciar el comienzo oficial de una nueva dinámica que se implementara en nuestra comunidad favorita partiendo de las mujeres venezolanas y extendiéndose la invitación a todas las miembros subscritas a la comunidad.

He decido promover esta idea dentro de la comunidad con el objetivo de que todas las mujeres puedan participar por igual en las áreas que más les gusten. Es decir, a partir de este momento se pondrá a prueba una dinámica que consta de ubicar una categoría o tema específico para cada día de la semana, o sea, que tendrán un día especifico para compartir sus publicaciones referentes al tema según corresponda en el cronograma, con estos tendrán más oportunidades de demostrar sus habilidades, conocimientos, y de aumentar las posibilidades de recibir apoyo desde la cuenta oficial.

**Antes de continuar creemos que todas las mujeres deben tener en cuenta algunas cosas importantes para su crecimiento dentro de la cadena de bloques y la comunidad:**

- Se eligen 5 publicaciones de calidad diarias y se envían al equipo de curación "como una sugerencia" para obtener recompensas. Es importante que sepan que no se selecciona una misma persona dos (2) veces por semana, ya que se trata de ser lo más justo y equitativo posible para que todas las mujeres tengan la oportunidad de ser premiadas.

- Realizamos una curación manual a través de la cuenta @steemwomensclub con la idea de apoyar todas las publicaciones de calidad posibles. Desafortunadamente, no tenemos suficiente Steem Power para dar recompensas tan generosas como el equipo de steemit. Sin embargo, buscamos la unión de todos los miembros para que sea una comunidad independiente y no necesite la misericordia del equipo de curaduría de steemit. Ahora bien, como estrategia para aumentar las participaciones y las probabilidades de que sus publicaciones sean más visibles dentro de la plataforma. **Las invito a realizar su publicación en base algunos de los temas diarios incluyéndolos en su #thediarygame del día**. Esto porque seguramente muchas están activas en el juego del diario y puede que deseen participar en la dinámica y compartir su día a día a la vez. Así podrán aumentar un poco sus posibilidades de ser visitadas desde la etiqueta #thediarygame que es donde se eligen los mejores diarios del día.

Es importante recomendar al menos 300 palabras y de 5 a 9 fotos para los diarios, en caso de incluir el tema del día en su diario, intente hacer algo resumido y si hará un tutorial que sea práctico, rápido, y fácil de entender, en secuencia, pero no tan detallado y así podrá cumplir con el límite de fotos.

Seguramente muchas de ustedes ya lo saben, aunque he visto algunas personas que aún no lo tienen claro e incurren en el abuso. La etiqueta #steemexclusive es solo para contenido y/o publicaciones creadas **exclusivamente** para steemit, es decir, que si usted desea monetizar su contenido que ya ha compartido en otras plataformas o redes sociales "No utilice esta etiqueta". Intente en lo posible de no reciclar contenido, y haga su mayor esfuerzo por crear publicaciones de calidad y originales exclusivamente para steemit.

## <center> Puntos a tomar en cuenta.</center><br>

He pensado y decido en tomar algunos puntos en cuenta para que sea una competencia justa, ya que, hay algunas usuarias que son muy habilidosas y talentosas para crear publicaciones, pero son inactivas o activas parcialmente en la plataforma en general. Con estos puntos deseo corregir y mejorar la conducta de todas dentro de steemit y a su vez aumentar la cantidad de usuarias activas. A continuación verá los puntos o check list para evaluar sus participaciones a base de 10 Puntos.

- Imagen de presentación (principal o miniatura), título e introducción **(+ 2 puntos)**
Trate en lo posible de utilizar las medidas adecuadas para la imagen principal o tomar fotografías en sentido horizontal para la misma. Esto le dará más visibilidad.

- Formato, redacción y calidad de fotografías **(+ 2 puntos)**
Es simple, intente escribir que todo tenga sentido, use fondos agradables para tomar las fotografías, si su cámara no es de alta calidad apóyese con la luz natural del sol, e intente centrar las imágenes.

- Uso correcto de las primeras cuatro (4) etiquetas **(+ 1 punto)**
Repito, #thediarygame #dynamicwomenclub #yourcountry y solo si su contenido es exclusivo utilice #steemexclusive.

- Publicaciones activas en la semana en general **(+ 1 punto)**
Si es una persona inactiva no ganara este punto. Al menos, de que sea su primera publicación o esté reactivándose después de mucho tiempo.

Cada usuario de steemit debería dar al menos 10 votos y comentarios a otras publicaciones durante 24 horas, es decir cada día.
