* Status:
* Trying to charter DADE WG to develop relevant protocols, this requires a new charter which should be supported by use cases, requirements, privacy requirements.
* We want to get engaged with the largest players in the tech world to understand what they are doing and figure out how we can work together.

* Goal is to have a Working Group charter ready for the OIDF meeting at the end of April
* Volunteer authors are welcomed!
* Need to collect more concrete use cases
* Leverage the use cases and requirements as examples in the charter
* Dean - started a draft charter for the working group
* planning to continue work on this over the coming weeks
* Need to have the charter ready about two weeks before the OIDF board meeting
* Will need a couple of proposers (must be OpenID Foundation members)

* Dean set up a template for adding requirements

* what does this look like working on concert with an active working group
* Tim: "(Re: previous topic - maybe an alternative is that "Community Liaison" could also be a (formal) aspect of the charter scope - if middle ground more convenient and acceptable alternative to two distinct groups, calls, admin, docs CG / WG.... i.e. the working group embodies the Community Liaison formally)"

Use cases
* Linden Dawson is planning to write down some use cases from a financial perspectives
* Dean planning to get input from his company
* Would love to find vendors who are doing this kind of work?

Finding ROI for businesses
* this is a key aspect of research
* how to present this work as valuable to the business from a business perspective
* eventually there will be some norms that develop regionally/culturally
* this is long process for getting people to recognize the need

* one of the countries are building wallets but also allow you to import other kinds of credentials
* what if those credentials are things like a birth certificate, death certificate
* Switzerland is looking to digitize death certificates (George made contact with someone on this topic at IIW)
