### Why Should you eat Healthy?👩⚕️🏥🥕🥕
Eating natural is easier than you think, think of it as a preventive measure, it's more of a preventive measure for your immunity system to fight against diseases, there are many things you don't even which are healthy, as while there are things that could also be unhealthy, anything natural and not an overdose of antinutrients are healthy, so air-fried fries can be healthy! But eating artificial yogurt or mayonaise could also be unhealthy and you wouldn't know it, or msg mix seasonings. A benefit to eating healthy is the comforting assurance of a healthy mind, artificial foods don't have a positive effect on the brain, meanwhile healthy foods help the creativity that was inside you.
### What are Examples of Healthy Food?🥦🍎
Anything that is not tampered food is healthy food, sure some ingredients may be healthy but a better option is to eat fully natural and fresh. Just like Fruits and Vegetables.
### What meals do you recommend?🥗🥪
Here are the meals we recommend in a diet
1. Breakfast: Meal 1:Eggs and Optional Tuna, Lettuce, and Choice of Grains, Meal 2: Lentil Omelette, Meal 3: (Optional)Tofu(Prefarably Silken, but any is nice), Oatmeal, Fruits of Choice
2. Lunch, Meal 1: Garlic Rice or Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich, Meal 2: Sinigang na Hipon, Meal 3: Grapes, any color.
These ways of alternating is a good way to add variety, the have balance of protein, energetic carbs, and a lot of naturally great vitamins from inside all of the foods.
3. Dinner: White Rice, Beef Kebab, Mashed Potatoes, Orange
An Example of these nutrients derive from the eggs, lettuce, and rice-grains. The protein and much needed vitamins from the eggs hold a powerhouse, holding itself as a grow food, the lettuce serves as a glow food in nutrients as well, and the rice-grains serve as energetic go food.

- Shrimp Natural Sinigang:

10 shrimps, sampaloc, 1 bunch kangkong, 15 pcs sake beans or string beans, 5pcs okra, 1piece eggplant, 1 cup slashed daikon raddish, 4pcs kamatis, 2pcs long green pepper, 2pcs of onion, 2 quarts of water
