### Problem Statement:

The POKT Network currently faces inconsistencies in its visual assets across various platforms, such as Wonderverse Quest Bot, Discord, Twitter, and the website. This inconsistency indicates a lack of a coherent illustration template, which hampers the brand's ability to convey a unified visual language.

### Hypothesis:

By establishing a coherent visual language system, we can facilitate decentralized iteration upon this framework, enabling it to better connect conceptual complexity with aesthetic coherence. This system will provide a clear guide on acceptable visual representations for future contributors, aligning all visual communications effectively.

### Proposed Solution:

The project will unfold in several phases:
- **Phase 1:** Review and document the variety of illustrations currently used by POKT Network to understand and define the visual lineage and ensure coherence in future iterations.
- **Phase 2:** Develop a comprehensive visual language system by identifying key elements of existing illustrations and iterating upon them to establish a set of standards and semantic systems that can be easily adapted and extended.
- **Phase 3:** Produce an initial test for two high-quality illustrations tailored to specific needs such as banner images for the Wonderverse Bot flow, which will serve as practical examples of the new visual guidelines.
- **Ongoing Production:** Post initial deployment, continue to create illustrations as needed for various applications like Twitter, blog posts, and promotional materials, ensuring each fits the established visual language.
- **Scope Clarification:**
- Focus on creating a visual language distinct from UI components; aimed at illustrations for broad use on social platforms and marketing materials.
- Differentiates from Brand Evolution which focuses on UI elements for developers.
- **Milestones:**
- **Week 1:** Pure aesthetic divergence to create content for stakeholder feedback.
- **Week 2:** Converge on aesthetic directions to establish a foundational visual language.
- **Week 3:** Sketch initial illustrations using the new visual language.
- **Week 4:** Elevate sketches to high-fidelity and prepare for distribution in various formats.
- **Deliverables:**
- Two high-quality illustrations after initial month, showcasing variations to demonstrate the visual language.
- Post-first month, aim for the production of one new illustration per week, with a mid-term review for stakeholder approval.

### Time and Budget Estimation:

- **Initial Phases and Timeline:**
- **Discovery and Analysis:** 5 hours to consolidate and analyze existing illustrations.
- **Development and Buy-In:** Additional discussions and sketches to ensure alignment with community and stakeholder expectations.
- **Illustration Production:** Estimated 2 weeks for creation and refinement of initial suite of illustrations.

## Payment

Verified payment of **3000 wxDAI** into RaidGuild's smart escrow service will initiate the project.

Upon successful completion of deliverables, we will ask you to release the full funds in escrow.

## In case of dispute

If you lose confidence in the Raid Party at any time, you may `Lock` the remaining funds in escrow.

If you do not release funds upon completion of deliverables, the Raid Party may `Lock` the remaining funds in escrow.

In both cases, the `Lock` triggers the arbitration provider (i.e., LexDAO) to review the dispute. Based on their review, the arbitration provider will decide which party should receive what amount of funds, and will send a transaction to the escrow contract that will transfer the appropriate amounts to each party.

We sincerely hope this won't be the case, but all parties are protected nevertheless.
