This is the agenda for the ODIN Community Meeting on February 20, 2024. The agenda is community created. We'll spend a few minutes at the beginning prioritizing the agenda items based on emergent need and who shows up.

## ✅ Agenda
### Meeting Start (15m)

- Agenda Review and prioritization
- Announcements
### Agenda Items (40m)
(feel free to add below)
- Randall's proposal
- Situation and Result: We value being able to explore through the topic landscape without overexpressing formality; this, however, limits effectiveness because of low directionality of time-usage.
- Situation and Result: We do look at, and discuss, material about S3, without actually gaining habits and experience with it in our weekly calls, so S3 elements are learned piecemeal, but not truly understood experientially.
- Proposed: Try for at least 4 weeks adopting a practice in this study group of:
- **focusing on our adopted driver**(s) at the start of each call
- quickly **identifying any new or recurring tensions** vs those drivers (which, given our scope of focus, are likely to mention one of the S3 patterns, and be a source of emergence and exploration)
- **choosing at least one of them** to develop into a driver and/or proposal
- **individually doing some driver or proposal development**
- and then **practicing consent** process on one of them using rotating roles.
- META:
- Update the agenda template accordingly, to simply remind us to do it and how.
- Measure now informally:
- Are some key S3 habits becoming more natural for me now? **1-5 scale**
- Is the group's effectiveness improved by these practices? **1-5 scale**
- Measure: number of proposals concluding in an agreed result (rejections ok)
- Measure: time to achieve consent on them
- Check in & measure again after 4 weeks, with a simple & informal poll: It worked if we get a predominance of improvement.
- Roberto: Concern: use simplicity in proposal-template format
- Nori: Objection: measurability needed. *updated with **Scales for polling***
- Juan: Concern: for the activity to be moving us in the intended direction
- Newman: Understanding: need to better visualize how it will work
- Jeremy: Suggestion: Measure current poll result.
- Jeremy: Gov logbook administration
- FUTURE tension??
- Roberto: Improvement: success-rate & time required for reaching agreement? *updated with **Measure:{number, time}...***
