### Scheduling Guidelines

* Group together sessions that explore similar themes (e.g. mesh and incentives)
* Have a lightning talks format (15 min each, no questions after)
* 30 min talk about organizing and stats about this Our Networks conference

* Use Brown Paper Tickets + Stripe to take payments for tickets and online swag pre-order

### Swag Order

* Multiple colours on a shirt (<, less than 3) Garry imagining 1, Dawn into colour treatments
* Black or white shirt, accent coloured shirt (let's check cost)
* Sell for CAD 25-30
* 2 versions of shirt (1 logo; 1 "Beyond DIY")
* 2 sided printing (back for logos)
* Ben will look into vendors and costs
* Can vendor also print totes
