Artificial Aiming Review

Hey guys,
This is a Review that I hope reaches everyone that is considering on purchasing Artificial Aiming.

First off, I would like to say that as a paying AA member for over 4 years, I have been polite and patient with the moderators of AA across multiple issues with their product; however, recent events have shown that AA only cares about getting your money and will shut you out the moment you disagree with them.

The reason I am taking my time to write this long review, is not due to lack of support, but because AA has charged me money ($150), failed to deliver their services, and then banned me without refund due to writing them a bad review.

First Problem - Live Support Chat:

Asking for help in the Live Support Chat yields no response from the AA staff (despite it showing several admins online), instead, you will find more support from other customers who have dealt with similar issues before, and had to figure the solution out on their own.

Second Problem - Duplicate Charges:

Immediately after I purchased the Master Pack ($150), I was charged twice for the service. I immediatly called my bank and insured one of that the second charge was reversed, and confirmed that the initial charge was still authorized; the bank confirmed that the initial charge was authorized and advised that AA would be guaranteed to have the money within 3 days.

Third Porblem - Invalid Membership & Live Support Chat

After confirming the charges with my bank, I tried to log into the AA control panel, but was denied with a message stating that my membership was not valid yet; I waited 3 days and attempted to use the services again, but was greeted with the same result.

Figuring it that there may be a mix up with the duplicate charges, I turned to AA Live Support chat. After a few hours of waiting, I was finally able to speak with an admin in Live Support, which seemed to had everything go wrong from the first word.

The admin was incredibily rude and would not take the time to hear me out; anything I would ask for clarification or confirmation on, would get me a generic response of "refer to the forums for instructions".
After several attempts of explaining I followed all the instructions and was still having an issue, the admin told me that it must be an issue with my bank.
I explained that my bank had transferred the funds and that I had confirmation that AA had indeed received the membership fee ($150).

After all of the above, the final response was "You need to contant your bank" and the admin proceeded to kick and ban me from the Live Support Channel.

I attempted to rejoin the Live Support chat by making another account, but as soon as I posed the question, the admin kicked and banned me again.

Fourth Problem - The Review

Appalled with the situation, I write a review on the (Trust Pilot)[] site, describing my experience and AA's unwillingness to ressolve the issue, hoping that AA seeing this review would consider actually addressing my issue; I could not have been more wrong.

After waiting for 3 weeks and not receiving any communication from AA, I realized that my membership was activated! Unfortunately, that excitement was short lived.

4 weeks into my membership being activated, I find all AA member services disabled; I attempt to log into the AA member control panel only to be greeted with the following message:

Conclusion

After numerous attempts to reach out to AA, they have made no attempts to respond or to work with me to reinstate my account.

So there you have it folks, you pay AA $150, you get charged twice, you get ignored and kicked from their live support channels, and in the end you are banned for writing a review on a third party website.

I hope this helps to inform anyone looking to purchase AA services and saves you the headaches I have had to endure.

I will be working with my bank to reverse all charges and will no longer be using any AA services.

Stay far away from these scammers.
