5. Go back to the "Employees" tab and click the person's name. You should now be on their employee profile, specifically "The Person" tab, which you can fill out with info from https://link.hypha.coop/employees

6. Fill out everything you can, but specifically
- External ID: Leave blank.
7. In "The Job" tab, set up the main salaried method, specifically:
- Pay Type: Yearly
- Annual Salary: $0
- Expected Hour per Week: 0
- Vacation will: be paid out each pay
- Department: Salary
- Job Title: No title

8. We can also set up an hourly pay for a specific contract, by clicking "Add Another Job" at the bottom right of this tab.
9. If the job type also has a title created, fill out the pop-up like so:
- Department: Hourly
- Rate of Pay: The rate to employee (NOT billed rate)
- Pay Type: Hourly
- Job Title: (If yours doesn't yet exist, see step below)

10. Once you've created a second "job" for this employee, you'll be able to access it via the link at the top of "The Job tab":

10. All hourly pay is under the "Hourly" department, but if the Job Title for your work doesn't yet exist, you can create it through the top-level Company tab:
- Company > More > Job Titles

11. Click "Add a Job" in the bottom right corner. This is mostly for organization, and only the name is used. Once created, these can't be deleted, but can be renamed at will. As you saw before, pay rate is set at the individual level. Consider a general role title like "Sample Company: Consultant".
12. In the "Tax Info" tab, fill out based on what was entered in the TD1 and TD1-ON forms you already collected.

13. The "Direct Deposit" tab can be filled out by an admin, or filled out by employee through their portal.
- Recommendation: Have employee add direct deposit info so that they try out accessing their portal page.
14. Currently, we don't use the "Income" and "Deductions" tabs.
15. Once everything is set up and good to go, head back to the "Employee" tab listing, and use the "lettermail" icon to send an portal invite to their email.

16. Ensure the worker knows how to log into the portal and enable direct deposit. You'll be able to see a checkmark in the listing beside their name when they've done so.
