Boison: 平常就偶爾刻意去做自己不熟悉，或者不喜歡做的事情，在自己不舒適的環境中去找到可能的成就感/價值，能夠讓你在遇到 liminal experience 時能更好的應對。何謂 liminal experience？比喻像是遇到 COVID19 這種意料之外的重大改變時，也能平常心看待，把 liminal experience 當作平常練習的延伸，讓你能很快找到自己最佳的適應方式。

Linda: 在每一個人當下都思考我的存在如何能創造最大價值，並在平時就持續擴充自己的挫折耐受力，去經歷自己不熟悉、沒挑戰過的事，當你遇到liminal experience 時就能更快速地應對預料之外的挑戰。

註：liminal experience: 本意為傳統部落中的成年禮，此文將現代社會人們面對變動發生時的蛻變經驗比喻作當代的liminal experience。

### Application

Boison: 幽默感是讓群體環境氣氛更融洽，讓大家可以放下包袱以及個人的防衛心的潤化劑；但在不同的情境中應該使用不同的幽默風格，例如在工作或者面試上，比較需要展現你的專業度的情境中，應該轉換成更圓融的幽默風格，才能在不傷害你的專業形象下達到目標。

Linda: 好的幽默感展現不僅需要對特定語言有高度掌握，也需要對該文化有深入了解，不同文化對幽默的拿捏有所不同；另外，幽默感也存在性別差異，在一般的社交習慣中，男性常被預設為展現幽默感的一方，女性要以何種方式舒適的展現幽默感？不論是以自嘲的方式或是以生活事件作為幽默題材，特別是在職場中，適時展現幽默感才不至於使女性處於職場劣勢。

## 3/15(一) - How to Write a Cover Letter

### Application

Boison: 假設你想要應徵上你的 Dream Job，即使你目前的經歷還沒有非常豐富，若能寫出一封好的 Cover Letter 也會讓你有很大的機會至少能進入到面試關，但如何寫好？重點是要去精準的了解看你 Cover letter 的人最重視的特質，而直接問內部相關人士是最好的方法，只要你能夠透過網路找到跟你相似處最多的內部人士，問他是否能花他 20 分鐘請他喝杯咖啡聊聊是很有效率的方式，但重點是要拿捏用詞，讓他覺得你目的性沒那麼強（否則他會覺得是件有壓力的邀約），但又要簡短講清楚讓他覺得能夠在這段短暫的時間內有效的幫助到你，基本上人都滿願意在這種沒有太大壓力的情況下，去提供幫助，因為行為經濟學上幫助人本身就能為自己帶來成就感。

Linda: 寫作能力是職場溝通的必備技能，而 Cover letter 是求職時展現個人特質並補強履歷上能力/經歷不足的絕佳管道，深入了解溝通對象（公司）的需求，並找出你的特質與經歷能夠滿足該需求的面向，將你與公司之間的最大交集簡潔明確的透過 Cover letter 傳達。
