People at their office with phone and laptop?
Multiple people at a screen?
Individuals sitting near by in a room?
Is it for all of them?

Can they register? How literate are they?


Can you imagine 5 people who you target the webniar for and see how they can comfortably participate?
Who or what shall we be apologetic about?


How are you promoting it?

​​​​How does the link provide last min update
​​​​and post event updates.
​​​​How does the link accomodate a summary discussion.
​​​​Can that link be a permanent referene for followup and contacts?

What are you sensitive to?

​​​​Censorship - who is monitoring live or post event

Expected size of the audience

​​​​and how many can use a live stream?
​​​​Can the live stream be accessibe for public
​​​​Can people on live stream ask questions
​​​​How many people and who are the moderators and what are the tasks for each.

Setup responsibility

​​​​Do they have a head mic. If not can the speaker be close to the device. In that case can they also be seen on their camera.

Do you need translators?

Do we have a common vocabulary for translations and asking questions to the panelists. Do we have easier to articulate and simpler alternatives?

confusion if we need to download app or
compatibility with other apps like 8x8

network issues, solutions either youtube live or use phone call numbers from 8x8

moderator had to start live streaming on youtube
bandwidth issues cropped up due to that, like system freezing or other issues

Technical difficulties, like feedback if audience are listening or they could think the speaker is muted.
