and post event updates.
How does the link accomodate a summary discussion.

Expected size of the audience

How many need to be core interactive

How many people and who are the moderators and what are the tasks for each.

Setup responsibility

Do they have a head mic. If not can the speaker be close to the device. In that case can they also be seen on their camera.

Do they have a sceen to watch others or slides

Can one move from one device to another or use more than one device.

Do you need translators?

Do we have a common vocabulary for translations and asking questions to the panelists. Do we have easier to articulate and simpler alternatives?

Technical difficulties, like feedback if audience are listening or they could think the speaker is muted.
