**IRL Lil Nouns Ads Waiting Shed (Bus Stop)**

**tl;dr**
We are writing this proposals to build the **first of many** IRL Lil Nouns Ads Waiting Shed (Bus Stops) to proliferate LilNounsDAO and the Nouns Ecosystem. We will build (2) sheds to begin, in Tuguegarao City Philippines, with a population of 166,334 people, making it the most populous famous city in Cagayan Valley and Northeastern Asia Luzon.

**Main Goal of this Proposal:**
This will provide highly visible Public Good and on the ground marketing of lilnouns.wtf & the Nouns ecosystem in an adorable way. This will will also provide a community service to shelter people from the sun, rain and weather conditions.

Additionally, we hope that this can serve as a Pilot Prop for a larger world-wide proliferation effort to add similar installations across the world — spreading awareness of Nouns to thousands of passers-by each day.

**Project Details:**
We are coordinating with our local government to choose the first location, and to work through other details as we go. Each month, we will change the ads to reflect local holidays, and to give different information such as:
1. LilNouns.wtf
2. Nouns explainers (This Is Nouns video).
3. Onboarding to Lil Nouns and Nouns
4. Lil Nouns Projects

**Day & Night Sensitive Design**


We are working with an engineer and a local contractor to oversee the build. Structural aspects of the waiting sheds will be made from steel tubes and the roof using longspan. Solar lamps will be installed in the shed. The flooring will be concrete, of course.

We will post photos of the construction on our social media channels to build excitement and encourage others in the Nouniverse to take similar action. Then, each month, we will post updates when we change the ads.


**Timeframe:**

1-3 weeks - Engineer Planning Consulation and Application for building permit (It takes couple of weeks to get the building permit.)

4-6 weeks - laying of foundation, fabrication of waiting shed, installation of solar lamps, flooring finishing.

7-8 weeks - painting, art design and different Ads installation.

**Budget Asking & Breakdown Allocation: 4ETH (2 Eth Per Shed)+ 1 Lil Noun DAO Token**

0.25eth - building permit and engineer fees
0.3eth - concrete flooring and foundation(materials)
1eth - waiting shed fabrication (materials and labor days of workers)
0.15eth - paint (primer to finishing paint and labor of painters workers)
0.05eth - (2)solar lamps installed
0.25eth - monthly art and design, and maintenance for 6 months
