Shenanigan's ethos started simply as an idea cultivated by an ambitious young athlete who sought to answer one simple question: "Can I get paid for the blood, sweat and tears I'm putting into this?"

The first iteration of SHE was released in January 2020 by means of our website, opening the door for web2 users to be inducted into web3. Forged by three founding members each tasked with overseeing a different pillar within SHE, and drafting the original framework for how we first saw Shenanigan.

#### Growth

On April 6, 2020, our Discord was created, allowing SHE to truly build and serve a growing community. Starting with around 20 members, we have cultivated a family currently sitting at 1,323 members, as of July 12, 2021. We have made it our mission to reward our user base for direct engagement with the integration of SourceCred, as well as our weekly town hall meetings, in which unique POAP NFTs are awarded to our attendees.

Translated in six different langauges, our community spans the entire globe, with active members and contributors from across the United States, India, Columbia, and Venezuela, just to name a few.

With the growth of our user base, we have branched out into other facets of Dathlete empowerment beyond the app currently being developed. Dripp was our first of many collaborations intended to bridge the gap between web2 and web3. SHE hosts weekly game nights, where members can win exclusive NFTs for showcasing their skills. Our SubStack, which houses all the information we disseminate to our community, is updated weekly. This, so far, has been our second iteration of SHE.

#### Present & Future

2021 has been an eventful year for us, coming with its own ups and downs--not just for SHE, but for crypto as a whole. We started the year off strongly, reaching an all-time high feat of $1.20 for our token price at the begining of March. Then, the altcoin market took a bearish turn. To compound the issue, our Dripp contract was exploited, straining our relationship with hodlers and parts of the greater xDai community. We took this very much to heart, and have been working diligently to be able to bring you the amalgamation of all our hard work in the background.

### Brandbook 7/23/21

We have been working with Excuro to carve out our brandbook to set a precepus on how our design are implemented.The purupsoe of a brandbook doesent just cover our colors but the use case for our logos.Our documentation and what text we will be using, setting the style guide for teaching new users how to contribute.

It started with getting our voices actresses voice succinct and ironing out a script.We are utilizing Monkeyman to make the video and onceHeres a quick preview of what to come ( insert video paper here.)

### Shweatpants contracts

We have been working diligently and tirelessly to make sure that we get all the addresses correct, and the correct ammount of SHWEATPANTS allocated to those addresses.
The last Dripp was compromised due to our irresponsibility leaving ownership to a singular address. Control of the new `Pants` contract has been assigned to the Shenanigan DAO minion, which requires a proposal and snapshot vote to access. We have also used a direct import of an OpenZeppelin ERC20 to ensure security this time around.

This is the code that we are building the front end of Pants.energy. Tokens will be airdropped into allocated wallets.

### SAP

Security action plans have been enacted to be support our infrastrucure as a whole as well as protect everyones assets.

One aspect of the SAP is putting power in the hands of our community members and to do that we have initiated SHEiP's. These ip's are to help improve the Shenanigan platform, through community driven proposals that we feel will enhance and better SHE
