Amend "Master of Validators" Core Contributor compensation

Summary

A proposal to amend the compensation, and incentive awards for the Lido "Master of Validators" role based on calibration with other team leads, increased responsibilities, and good performance.

Motivation

The Master of Validators plays a critical role in both the the ongoing operation of the Lido protocol as well as in the formation and implementation of long-term strategies for the improvement of Lido. His work has a significant impact on the effectiveness of the current core contributors, ensuring that Lido performs well and maintains a practical, honest, and transparent approach to its mission.

The Master of Validators also takes key involvement and makes major, invaluable contributions to rapid decision-making among Lido contributors for time-sensitive matters.

Through the expansion of the Node Operations Management team (currently 2 FTEs with 2 additional planned by EOY), the Master of Validators will continue to utilize freed up time and energy to deliver on strategic priorities and leadership efforts such as the Department of Decentralization initiatives.

The current Master of Validators plays a very important role amongst Lido contributors, and consensus among the team is that Lido contributors are highly satisfied by his work thus far. With an increase in strategic and leadership responsibilities already underway, we believe now is the right time for the following proposal.

Proposal

Increase the Master of Validators’ base compensation from 10,000 DAI to 16,666.67 DAI per month, to be paid at the end of every calendar month, effective as of July 1, 2022 (i.e. will be reflected in updated mid-year RCC budget).
