# PERAL Lab Meeting
- 時間：109年12月01日14：00
- 地點：暨南大學科三館321教室

- Paper問題回顧
> Paper: User Profiling Based on Application-Level Using Network Metadata
- Netflow
- source and destination of traffic
- class of service
- causes of congestion
- 在netflow上增加時間相關欄位並把data餵給machine learning 的模型(驗證該欄位的增加是否影響learning的精確度)
- 目的: 嘗試分辨使用者正在使用的服務(應用情境判別)

- 無法分辨的服務可能為異常行為，則可能不用細緻分類[name= Edgar]

- 多層機器學習 Overview

- Preprocessing
- 抓取一坨封包

- Classification window(CW)
- 以時間作為window切割的單位(5s)
- Flow window(FW)
- 每段CW中會有多個flow
- 一個連線當作一個window
- Behavior window(BW)
- 針對flow window再細分
- 以時間切割為一個個window，來紀錄流量(0.5s)
- Window Filter
- Classification
- Layer 1 & 2 : K-means
- K-meas: 每個cluster分別取平均值
- Layer1 --> BW
- Layer2 --> FW
- Layer3 : Randow forest(最小單位為tree)
- 取最大可能的分類當分類結果
- Result

### 建議&問題

1. Session 建議改成flow [name= Solomon]
2. (Preview - 嘗試分辨使用者正在使用的服務)"不用那麼細緻的分類"這句話須修正 [name= Solomon]
3. QoS 分類建議以Priority 來排序，大類分四類，至多不過八類 [name= Solomon]
