- User testing/research and what we need to incorporate

- We can firstly define the design system rules and then break into two groups, one of which can work up the design system more and the other group can work more on user recommendations integration
- Decide if we want to use GDS design principles or not?
- Decide which version of Bootstrap we want to use
- Identify pain points as a good place to start

- Think about the user flow?
- Colours and fonts are important but orthogonal to general feel of site: present so this is not the main focus of user testing
- We want it to feel like a community
- We want people to feel welcome;

New features (Milestone 7)
- New feature: include an explanatory video on the homepage
- Put 'researchers' on list for moderation
- Make search available for the whole website?
- Include tags on explore experiences page?
- could we also add to the "ideas for future" introducing functionality to filter by date or filter by autism connection
- Ability to ask for a second opinion?/refer story to another moderator
- Ability to contact person who has submitted an experience
- If a post is declined, automated message saying declined because it goes against the code of conduct, and refers user to code of conduct
