@themagazine: a simple and concrete proposal to enhance the contents and authors of Blurt

@themagazine will publish, for each day, from Monday to Friday a post containing a brief summary and links from 1 to 5 articles already proposed on Blurt more than seven days before deemed particularly interesting and worthy of being brought to general attention, if they have not received a payout greater than 300 Blurt they are also eligible for rewards.

Every day the posts will cover a different topic:

The posts can be selected by the editorial staff of @themagazine, proposed by users like @blurtsport, @blurtography, and so on, proposed by the author himself, proposed by any user of Blurt.
The proposals will be collected in a special Blurt Discord channel called <i><b>themagazine</b></i>.

The post will be presented only if the author takes care of writing a short presentation in English and the translation of the post in English if it was originally written exclusively in another language.

Each post presented by @themagazine, if have not alredy received a payout greater than 300 Blurt, will be rewarded from 20% to 100% of the payout of the post by themagazine, based on the number of post selected (1 post = 100%, 2 posts 50% ... 5 posts 20%).

The aim is to enhance the valid posts that have gone relatively unnoticed and to reward the authors.
A second function of the initiative is to bring together posts with the same topic: all the best of what is written on Blurt.

Recap:

Old posts, really valid, will be presented and linked in 5 thematic posts, one a day from Monday to Friday. If when first published they did not get rewards over 300 Blurt, each post will be rewarded with a 20 to 100% of the reward of themazine's post.

The best of Blurt valued and rewarded even beyond the fateful 7 days, what to us at @themagazine seems to be a limit, only 7 days to see your work valued, now it can be overcome thanks to themagazine!

A way to increase quality and enhance the work of all of us over time.

Blurt offers us the possibility to write and be a blogger.
We could invest and earn thanks to our activity of course but we have to promote the contents!
That's the reason why we want to put the authors at the center.

To let @themagazine offer a good reward to the authors we ask to have a delegation that allow @themagazine to upvote its own posts and that will be used to reward authors.

The plan is to share themagazine's posts on Facebook, twitter and so on.
