# Notes from 25 Oct Roadmap Meeting (WIP)
> For previous roadmap meeting notes (20-10), please refer to https://hackmd.io/Yz6w_SrfTvOdpL3vogtbiQ?both
In this roadmap meeting, we first recapped the 5 strategic focuses, what success generally looks like, and the initiatives under each strategic focus. At this stage, we seem generally aligned on most of the pointers.
Next, we allocated each initiative to different stakeholders within the DAOhaus Ecosystem:
* Magesmiths
* Rangers
* Alchemists
* Paladins
* UberHaus
* Boost Foundry
* DAOstillery
* Community Devs
This is because involving the DAOhaus ecosystem will better prepare us for success (after all, DAOhaus is more than the magesmiths). To view the original workings & discussion, please refer to this Figjam below: https://www.figma.com/file/nUYTYBvb2ARZUvrnSMP4KG/Strategic-Directions

The above summarises the list of different initiatives & how they fall into the scope of each stakeholder group. This list is not finalised, and will need to be re-prioritised at a later stage.
## Further Discussion
Before re-prioritisation can take place, there were 2 existential yet unanswered questions that the DAOhaus team needs to reconvene on:
**1. How should DAOhaus approach building features (What is core/add-ons? What do we build?)**
> Discussion:
> * How opinionated do we want to be? e.g. 'Bring your Own Everything/API' vs 'A core DAOhaus experience with add-ons' / 'Apple' vs 'Android'
> * Who are we building for? Devs or non-Devs?
> * We should be the lowest common denominator of all DAO use cases, whereas anything specific to a type should be a bolt-on. (i.e. We build 20% of use cases that serve 80% of community, whereas Boost Foundry builds 80% of use cases/Boosts for 20% of community)
> * Time is another important factor in this discussion. Possibly, we could start by being opinionated and building a simple core experience, and then gradually opening up to an ecosystem of Boosts & upgrades (e.g. Messenger / Zoom in Web3)
**2. Should we focus on LPDAO/CCO? How should we approach it, while still being able to achieve our Boost/ecosystem priorities?**
> Discussion:
> * Focusing on LPDAO/CCO & Ecosystem initiatives (e.g. Service DAO marketplace, etc.) will stretch our resources & focus. We should identify how we want to focus on each before moving forward.
As these questions will determine how we build our product, as well as which working group should focus on which parts of the product, it is crucial to answer these collectively first. After discussing and answering the above questions, we should be in a better position to prioritise the initiatives under each workstream.
## **Next Steps**
Please read through the above initiatives & also think about the 2 questions before we discuss it in our next roadmap meeting.
