    --- tags: 2022-organize, pr, 2022-pr --- 🔙 Back to [歷年 PyCon TW Organizing 共筆](/ryPr7SFyP/%2FHM5mHCFKQCu7-W5ea8ITcw%3Fview) 🔙 Back to [PyCon TW 2023 Organizing 共筆](/Kc0YythQRxu3JxxM0blaaA) 🔙 Back to [PyCon TW 2022 Organizing 共筆](/F4qRbwIsQXWH5B6cZ6Pzyw) [ToC] # 貼文日曆使用、執行、工作手冊 - [2025 貼文日曆 url](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1b3VYZ8-XGiQ4noIY5qf0AJ5bgfIG7lAMwC9tVSzSot4/edit?gid=0#gid=0) - 貼文日曆用於公關組(PR ,行銷組社群與媒體小隊;是不是叫社媒組比較好 XD )與其他組溝通協作用。宗旨是可以彼此都用很有效率的方式,協助各組業務推動時所需要的對外宣傳。 - 流程仍在發展中,歡迎各種意見協助改善與調整流程 (workflow)。 workflow 希望可以滿足下面幾個原則 - 可以一目了然有哪些日子還沒有排程貼文 - 可以一目了然哪些宣傳需求各自的處理狀況 - 「忠實反應社群心聲」原則:盡可能地由各組自己撰寫與發展宣傳所需的文案概念;社群發言的管道,而各組自己就是社群的一部分。 - 整個概念就是「**PR 協助貴組盡量從貴組的角度說話、發想,但是 PR 也從不會造成大會公關危機的角度協助大會把關**」。 - 由各組撰寫自己發想的文案,可能在大會整體運作上的溝通成本比較低。 - 也算半強迫半輔導貴組組員了解自己在推進的事情相關的脈絡是什麼。 ## 「忠實反應社群心聲」原則 - 籌備團隊本身就是一種社群;各組想宣傳的事情就是社群的心聲(的一部分),希望可以盡可能地直接傳達大家想講的事情。 - 承上,其實也不限於各組任務需要的宣傳,大家想講什麼、有什麼梗、有什麼 Python 專案願意利用 PR 宣傳管道(例如 Python 文件中文翻譯計畫),歡迎回報到 PR 彙整。 - 比起「PR 統一決定或替誰發想一種聲音」,盡量讓大家、社群講與想自己想講的事情,可能是比較健康的 - 實做上的好處另外還有將 PR 的執行成本由各組吸收,PR 就可以將資源用於整合意見、用 PyCon TW 社群的身份開發拓展與維繫每個人與其他社群。 - 亦即「約聘制」,所有「組員」都是主業在其他 team (議程、贊助、....etc.) - 還沒有主業的夥伴、之前在幫忙 pr 公關社媒的,也都被我一一輔導去別 team 中 XDDDD ~~學習 NPO 的精神: NPO 存在的目的就是讓自己不必再存在~~ ## 貼文日曆使用方式(開貼文需求者請看) 1. 打開[貼文日曆](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1if3y2bL1EemiJHHFr8_YuJEDqlROxpSmMoCCO83xjUQ/edit#gid=0),這是一個 spreadsheet 2. 在貼文日曆中,選好日期(還是空白的都可以填)、依照格式(spreadsheet 中有說明) - 如果想選的日期與人衝突,可知會 PR 協調 - (optional) 填日期後可 heads-up PR (PR 大約每週也會清點一次日曆) - 你在[貼文日曆](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1if3y2bL1EemiJHHFr8_YuJEDqlROxpSmMoCCO83xjUQ/edit#gid=0)中根據日期填入的一個「格子」,稱為一個「**事件**」。 3. 等待 PR 處理;如果有任何需要與當事人 / contact person 協調的事情(例如文案潤飾),PR 會主動與你聯繫。 - 等待期間可以直接查閱[貼文日曆](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1if3y2bL1EemiJHHFr8_YuJEDqlROxpSmMoCCO83xjUQ/edit#gid=0),看他的「顏色」所代表的處理狀態。 - [ ] (TBD) 所以處理的過程與結果,會附加在 google spreadsheet comment 上(trello or google spreasheet note/comments) 4. 「事件」在[貼文日曆](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1if3y2bL1EemiJHHFr8_YuJEDqlROxpSmMoCCO83xjUQ/edit#gid=0)中顯示為「處理完畢」的顏色時,意指「已宣傳」。到此 PR 就不會再更新同一個事件,亦即「已結案」。 ## 貼文日曆管理方式(PR 管理者請看) 1. 請先參閱上述[貼文日曆使用方式](https://hackmd.io/grO1rjoCTtSTPmnfIHR3qw?both#%E8%B2%BC%E6%96%87%E6%97%A5%E6%9B%86%E4%BD%BF%E7%94%A8%E6%96%B9%E5%BC%8F%EF%BC%88%E9%96%8B%E8%B2%BC%E6%96%87%E9%9C%80%E6%B1%82%E8%80%85%E8%AB%8B%E7%9C%8B%EF%BC%89),這段文字會說明「等待 PR 處理」時,PR 內部會如何執行的細節。 2. 定期/不定期查閱[貼文日曆](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1if3y2bL1EemiJHHFr8_YuJEDqlROxpSmMoCCO83xjUQ/edit#gid=0),搜尋尚未處理(沒顏色)的事件。 - [ ] 檢查此事件在**日期**上,是否與其他宣傳、貼文衝突;如果有,通知 contact person 與其協調補充資訊 - [ ] 檢查此事件在文案上是否有所缺漏;如果有,通知 contact person 與其協調補充資訊 - [ ] 到 [marketing team trello](https://trello.com/b/8Y4mB48C/marketing-team) ,使用[貼文驗收模板](https://trello.com/c/BVEfHgzi/69-%E8%B2%BC%E6%96%87%E9%A9%97%E6%94%B6%E6%A8%A1%E6%9D%BF)開一張卡、標上 due date 以利後續追蹤。 - [ ] 在貼文日曆的事件上使用 google spread sheet 的 comment 功能(下稱 "comment" ), 針對此事件留下 trello link 的 comment - [ ] 上述檢查都沒問題後,標上「**已收件**」的顏色(綠色)。 3. 定期/不定期查閱[貼文日曆](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1if3y2bL1EemiJHHFr8_YuJEDqlROxpSmMoCCO83xjUQ/edit#gid=0),搜尋已收件(綠色)的事件。 - [ ] 所有狀態更新,請一律在貼文日曆的事件上使用 google spread sheet 的 comment 功能(下稱 "comment" ), comment 針對事件執行事項,包括(但不限於)下列事項: - [ ] 已經在哪個平台發布 - [ ] 已經另外 share 到哪裡 - 針對文案的討論請集中在文案本身的 google doc 就好 - [ ] 所有不屬於上述討論的資訊,放到 trello 去追蹤更多細節的連結。 - [ ] 瀏覽 comment ,如果確定都發布完畢,驗收發布的貼文完畢後,標上「已結案」的顏色。
