### Introductions and set up

* Some extra time at the beginning to allow people to arrive
* Welcome people
* Make sure everyone is comfortable/has what they need/set up with the tools we are using
* Guage how many breakup rooms to make for discussion sessions and create them

### AutSPACEs intro/about co-creation (Georgia and Otis?)

* A very brief introduction to speakers (1 slide)
* Quick code of conduct for session
* An "About AutSPACEs" slide
* Why co-creation?
* Levels of co-creation
* What is co-creation like - first person account (Otis?)
* Preps for questions on "what is genuine empowerment?" and "what makes * you feel included or excluded?"

### Tools and techniques for co-creation (Sophia)

* What tools and techniques we have been using for AutSPACEs
* What's worked and what hasn't worked so well
* Challenges and opportunities
* How you could use these practices in your work (open resources)
* Preps for questions on "What are your experiences of/ideas for different tools and techniques", "what would help you feel comfortable joining in?", "Who might we be missing, what could help?"

### Co-creating and managing inclusive online spaces (Susanna?)

* Neurodiverse experiences online: why we need an *autistic-voices first* space?
* How do we design the platform so it is safe and inclusive?
* Co-creating moderation: challenges and opportunities?
* Preps for questions on, "what are your experiences online like?", "what are the particular challenges for neurodiverse people online?" "how would you like to see online spaces managed so they are safe and welcoming of all?"

### Breakout discussion groups

* Before joining breakout rooms, a faciliator (Sophia?) explains code of conduct for session (summary and link), how discussions will work, and what will happen after (e.g. notes will be publicly available on GitHub, only put your name if you feel comfortable, etc.)
* Create breakout rooms according to different themes
* If possible each should have a note-taker and faciliator
* If not, ask group to nominate note-taker and facilitator, and keep time
* Global agenda bot?
* Possibility of speaking-only and writing-only groups - or at least individual choice about these
* Possibility of adding issues or commenting on issues in repo during session if tech profficient (faciliators can also do this as a way of not taking?)

### Wrap up and next steps

* Links to different routes to involvement in AutSPACEs - email, twitter, GitHub, meetups etc.
* Explanation of next steps - notes uploaded to GitHub
* Opportunity to ask questions to speakers on slack channel/continue conversation there
* Anything people want to share with wider group from breakouts can do so here briefly if there is time
