How to manage the link between ASSOCIATION IRL and NFTs ?
Since that is an evolving point our decision is to start by considering the NFT and CRYPTO world as an EXPERIMENTAL PLAYGROUND, from this we will draw many data for a successive step in bridging, that is exactly when DAO will be implemented, a that time we would probably have a different environment either in IRL than in CRYPTO so everithing will manage to keep the "flowing/easiliy adapting/neverending story" caracteristic.

NFTs BASIC TO DEFINE

* on Mintbase **Royalty and splits** are solved when minting, we just need to define % for the "actors" of COSMIA (that will became also a standard for the DAO afther testing )(will add the spec of Mintbase contract here)
* **COSMIA ACTORS**: founder, executive members, tech hired, writers, artists, translation helper, supporters, what else? (at the end of the role list we need to define % of royalties... but then will raise also a contribution data collection to automatize...DADA IE would be probably the best standard in the future for that, but for now we keep the "split abundance way") (I ardly want to mention it but Governance is the other key word, how we manage decision making... for now I think throug the Associations standards -> test them and see if it works)
* relationship/difference between **NFT and/vs DIGITAL STANDARD** are to be defined, at least create some options, this lead to consequential points:
* **where purchase?** for NFT -> Mintbase; for digital copy only -> ?
* **how to get extra content?** for NFT -> Mintbase; for digital copy only -> ?
* what is the best **support/format for reading?** PDF? Kindle? Webpage? what else?
* (**phisical printing** for now can be left, but is also an option to get a phisical book by NFT purchase... in that case economical transaction require an early withdraval of tokens or a charghe of risk by the Publishing House... or any other solutions to be discussed, many suggestions are in developement into crypto forums in Createbase)
* Founds will come from? **SELLING NFT** (payback automated when minting) are we going to accept "only NFT publishing"? -> I will suggest YES, because there is an entire world that is not really interested on phisical printing, but more in write/audio/video digital -> OPTIONS: **1)** be the store where they can mint (onboarding on NEAR if they are not there, and in the whole crypto through NEAR) **2)** be the store for already NFT enthusiast, so provide the trust for the content, sort of soft curation because COSMIA = feminine magic... difficult to say now but we know by friendship what we need... will define it in short)
* **Narrandom Project** : I would suggest that for NFT we should define from scratch that you became part of a neverending narrative, so better define the ways of: people can freely remix? remixable pieces goes to a specific places? is possible to ask for a part to be used (how? by purchasing it you own the remix rights? you have to publish it again through COSMIA?)? Do we have any usecase to study already? Many thoughts in that direction... remembering that give TOO MUCH RULES CAN LEAD TO BLOCKS, BETTER KEEP THINGS SIMPLE AD OPEN WHILE THE ABUNDANCE SHARING METHOD CAN BE A WAY TO FLOW INTO NATURAL CONDIVISION AND GOOD BEHAVIOURS MAGNETICALLY ATTRACT, RESONANCE, THAT THINGS :)
