5min Opening The facilitator will welcom participants, introduce the topic, agenda, housekeeping and expected outcomes
10min Introduction ring Quick round of self-intro of participants
15min Mission Facilitator will introduce the mission draft with the collected commentaries and initiate the discussion
20min Roadmap Facilitator will switch the discussion towards roadmap, motivations & priorities. As a result the roadmap draft should be shaped
20min Activities & Priorities Based on the Roadmap discussion facilitator will ask audience to select 3 main topics with highest priority to start architecture work. Facilitator will run a quick survey & voting and shape a list based on the people's answers. If time allows the results can be discussed
10min Free slot Continuation of ad-hock questions from previous topict
10min Practicalities & thank you Facilitator will lead audience to the agreement on regular meeting schedule, communication agreements and other important practical items and close the session
