# Moloch Hunter RIP

## Retro Incentives

Early contributors had intrinsic motivations to get the guild to a sustainable process with establishing cadences. As we have the ability to incentivize these activities going forward we should retroactively share with those that participated without that incentive.

### Nominate members

We'll take submissions for candidates that should be included in the retroactive incentives.

### Assigning value

We'll use a coordinape round for the retro participants to assign GIVE for each. (Should other members not 'in' the retro be able to give only?)

- If there's enough tangible value to be assigned we could delineate a portion of the budget toward that and use the remainder in the round
- Minimum value quorum, need at least 50% of the receiving parties to participate in the GIVE round to be valid distribution

### Statute of limitations and scope

- Scope includes meetings, informal recruitment, on-boarding new members, pushing processes along (in the bear), et al
- Anything in 2020 - 2021 is fair game

### Cost

While this could be a Dai payment, many of these contributors are not in need of current liquidity. These incentives would come as locked RAID for 2 years, allowing the incentives to be larger than if they were otherwise unlocked.

Suggested: 500,000 Raid ($16k at current prices)

## Steward incentives

The steward will take responsibility for uncovering Moloch sightings and ensure raid party processes are progressing. They will create an agenda and share the day before the meeting so others can add any pertinent items. They'll either find an emcee from the council or fill that role. When possible, record the session or have a participant take notes.

- **Round-up** (meeting of the Clerics, Monks and Moloch Hunters)
- Leverage Dungeon Master to find Raids in different phases
- Adding comments about raids in progress will help keep folks aligned
- Check-in on Raids forming (preparing)
- Check-in on Raids on-going
- Check-in on any other Moloch Sightings
- Check-in on RIPs - RIPs Repo for now

- **Round Table** (guild-wide organization and facilitation)

- Share slides ahead of time so others can contribute topics

### Sustainable Ops

We're anticipating this part of the RIP could be facilitated via RAID Sustainable Ops so this will be a trial period with learnings flowing into that process. If it doesn't fit under Sustainable Ops it could be extended in a recurring capacity.

Passing of this RIP includes an order to instigate using Govrn to track contributions that we'd like to attribute on-going. The steward will move into motion the pieces necessary to use Govrn to incentivize these actions going forward.

### Cost

- 1k Dai and 60k ($2k) RAID (locked) for 3 months [March, April, May]
- 24 Round-up and Round Table meetings
- 1/3 to steward for coordinating
- 2/3 to jester for leading each meeting

### Who

The steward can help coordinate the underlying processes while the council of jesters take turns providing cohesive and directed conversations.

## Dungeon Master Training & Reference

With Dungeon Master in a good spot for v1 let's kick off some training for clerics, monks and moloch hunters that can be accompanied by some more permanent resources. Hopefully these sessions can also feed into the v2 planning, so keep that in mind while conducting.

### Goals

- Guide Clerics, Monks and Raid Party members through getting their profile set up and ensure they're on any applicable raids
- Create 3 short videos describing the major flows getting started with Dungeon Master
- Update the handbook to include necessary parts of Dungeon Master workflows

### Prospective Content

- How do Consultations & Applicants get created
- Create Raid from Consultations
- Updating Raid Status
- Add Raiders & Roles Required for raids
- Add status updates

### Cost

1k Dai
60k RAID (~$2k) locked

## Onboarding Info Updates

Ideally this can kick off a larger wordsmith effort to update content around the guild. We'll use [Dework](https://app.dework.xyz/) to assign bounties to each of these pieces described.
