# **Cobraoizem Studios' Community Guidelines**

***All these apply at any platform that Cobraoizem Studios are on. And our moderation team can build another rules for certain platforms however, these generally apply.***

## **General Gudielines**
### I. Respect And Kindness
By participating in our network(titles, platforms), you agree that you wouldn't be disrespectful to anyone, no matter what they believe/love. There is no exception to this rule and will be enforced no matter what.
+ Standard Procedure: Normallly, you will be asked to stop, if you didn't listen, then we will take further actions. **Please keep in mind that any in-game violation occurrences of this principle will result in a punishment without warning**.

### II. Harassment or any act of damaging a person mentally and/or physically.
By participating in our network(titles, platforms), you agree that you wouldn't attempt to harass or any action to damage a person whether it is just a "joke" or a serious thing. There isn't any exception to this rule. If the person you are "harassing" broke a rule or harassed you reach out to us or the platform's Admin Team, two wrongs don't make a right.

+ Standard Procedure: This will result in a serious punishment.

### III. Illegal Activity
Illegal Activity is heavily against our Community guidelines and all the platforms' terms of service we are on. This includes but not limited to: Doxing, DDoS attacks, real-world illegal activties.
+ Standard Procedure: This will result in a serious punishment.

### IV. Cobraoizem Illegal Activity
Cobraoizem illegal Activity isn't generally illegal but we stil define it like a one however it doesn't get punished by real-world law enforcement. These activtiies **can** be: IP Grapping(Not limited to links only), Spamming our chat services (Discord chat system, Cobraoizem chat systems in-games.), Advertising other titles rather than Cobraoizem titles(however, we don't encourge our users to advertise our titles to other titles and we don't take responsibility for it) .
+ Standard Procedure: The punishment will depend on the how danger the action is .

### V. Impersonation or any act of taking others identity.
Impersonating others on our network is heavily against our guidelines. In addition, claiming to be part of an organization or a team is also considered impersonation. "Others" can mean anything that has it is own identity on our platforms/network, for example, bots on our Discords can have their own non-real identity that will be considered an identity when working with this principle.
+ Standard Procedure: This will result in a serious punishment.

### VI. NSFW & Gore and Swearing Content Limitations.
NSFW / GORE content is heavily against our principles no matter the platform and we will act accordingly when this principle is broken. NSFW content can be 18+ content or any non safe content for kids.
+ Standard Procedure: This will result in a serious punishment.

### VII. Controversial topics
Refrain from speaking and discussing about controversial topics such is politics, religion, racism and the like. If you must, please keep it at a mild discussion level, don't escalate to an argument or full out riot, nor participate in such escalated events.
+ Standard Procedure: You will be asked to stop/ warned. Doing this more than onces will result in a more serious punishment.

### VIII. Swearing
Swearing punishments and limitions depends on the platform the action took place on. If the swearing isn't breaking the *II. Harassment or any act of damaging a person mentally and/or physically.* principle or any prinicple(including platforms ToS/ Community guidelines) then it may be tolerated however, we don't recommend you to swear a lot as it is very immature.
+ Standard Procedure: You will be asked to stop/ warned. Doing this more than onces will result in a more serious punishment.

### XI. Raiding and Language
Raiding any of Cobraoizem Studios networks instance (ex: discord servers, games, etc.) will result in an instant ban from the instance (and globally to other Cobraoizem instances if possible). "Raiding" can be sending huge amounts of bots/accounts/players into an instance to either strike down moderation power, cause chaos, change a result of a decision or related events, or overload the instance. We absolutely condemn any raiding of any community, or any encouragement of such, whether internally or externally.
+ Standard Procedure: You will be banned.

We are generally an English Roblox game development studio, which means we lack a lot of staff that speaks other languages other than English. Even if we don't support a specific language in Customer Support/Game moderation, we highly encourage you to always get support from us.
+ Standard Procedure: You will be asked to stop, further punishments can happen.

## **Game related Guidelines**
**EVERY GENERAL GUDIELINE STILL APPLIES**

### I. Exploiting or Hacking
I.I) Exploiting or any act of taking advantage of bugs intentionally. You won't get banned for participating in bug(s) abusing if you have no control over it.

I.II Hacking or any act of injecting scripts that give you unfair advantages will result in a ban

+ Standard Procedure: Account Data termination / Account Block.

### II. Association with an exploiter/hacker

Normally, you aren't going to be moderated for being friends with a hacker/exploiter however, participating in hacking/exploiting actions will result in a moderation action.
+ Standard Procedure: Account Data termination / Account Block.

### III. Respect the Roblox ToS & Community Standards
Every rule/guideline that is given by Cobraoizem Studios respects the ToS and the Community standards of the platform the action is on. For example, swearing isn't allowed on Roblox but is allowed on Discord (with limitations).
+ Standard Procedure: Account Data termination / Account Block.

### IV. Scamming
You don't have the right to scam any user in game/discords. If you scammed you will be moderated as soon as possible.

+ Standard Procedure: Account Data termination / Account Block.

### V. Bypassing Moderations
Bypassing moderations(infractions: Warnings: Temp Bans : Perm Ban) will result in a account continuously bans.
+ Standard Procedure: Account Data termination / Account Block.

### VI. Begging or any form of asking people for free stuff
Begging is not tolerated and will result in a very serious action.
+ Standard Procedure: Temp Ban.

## **Discord related Guidelines**
**EVERY GENERAL GUDIELINE STILL APPLIES**
**THERE IS NO STANDARD PROCEDURE FOR THESE GUIDELINES, THE PUNISHMENT WILL BE DECIDED BY THE MODERATOR**

### I. Excessive Mentions
+ Mentioning other users or our staff on our Discords is highly against our regulations if they are abused. There can be exceptions that can be made when working with this rule. Generally, if you mentioned our staff a lot can be against this rule and the same with normal users. Random mentioning can be considered against our rules as well.

### II. Channel Abuse
+ Abusing a channel can lead into different punishments depending on the action. For example, if you are not sure about how to use a specific channel and generally failed to use it then you can read the channel's topic. However, if you abuse channels such as **#support** and similar channels then it will lead into an action.

### III. External Drama
+ **DON'T** bring drama from other servers or communities to this community/instance. We don't tolerate carrying drama over, and will result in III being broken. **SOME EXTERNAL DRAMAS CAN BREAK THE VII PRINCIPLE AND THE USER WILL BE PUNISHED WITH VII STANDARDS WITH APPROPRIATE RULE BREAKAGE**
